SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in polybags; these bags could cause suffocation; keep away from children and pets.

DO NOT allow small children to play with, in or around the pet feeder.

To reduce the risk of injury, please keep close supervision when an appliance is used near children.

Do NOT use the feeder with pets not able to reach the food tray or with any physical disability.

DO NOT immerse the base part in water at any time as it may damage electronic components like the control panel.

DO NOT place any foreign object in the pet feeder

DO NOT use outdoors. Check operation frequently to be sure the unit is dispensing properly

DO NOT use wet, canned or moist food.

DO NOT disassemble the unit other than as instructed in this User Guide.

DO NOT use the feeder for anything other than its intended use.

Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition. Do not modify the pet feeder. -
Do not operate any appliance if the unit is malfunctioning or has been damaged. Do not attempt repairs on the pet feeder yourself.
Contact our customer service immediately for further instructions. -
ALWAYS unplug when not in use and before cleaning.

NEVER pull on the electrical power cord to remove the plug from the wall outlet.

If the plug of this device gets wet, turn off electricity to that wall outlet. Do not attempt to unplug.

Examine the feeder after installation. Do not plug in if there is water on the power cord or plug.

To avoid tripping, always position power cord out of the way of foot traffic.
CAUTION
- Do NOT allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts.
- If an extension cord is necessary, one unit with a proper rating should be used.
- Do NOT install or store the pet feeder where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below -20C /-4°F.
- Do NOT lift the pet feeder by lid, food tank, or food tray. Lift and carry it using both hands and the base, while keeping the unit in an upright position.
- Suitable for dry food ONLY, with kibble size ranging from 2-10 mm/0.07-0.4 inch in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck at the food outlet.
- Read and observe all important notices listed on the pet feeder and in the packaging.

System Requirements
• iPhone of IOS 9.0 or newer; smartphone of Android 4.4 or newer.
• Wireless router 2.4GHz(802.11b/g/n)

Before the Configuration
• Please use indoor only to avoid direct exposure to the sunlight.
• Please connect the auto feeder via 2.4GHz only. lf your WiFi is 5GHz only, set it to be compatible with 2.4GHz mode
• The WiFi password is composed of no more than 12 digits and letters. No special symbols are supported.
• Please keep the feeder close to the router. The distance in a range of 6 meters without wall barriers is recommended.
• If the configuration fails, please power off and restart the feeder (long press and hold the Reset button for 6 seconds),then wait for about 2 minutes to re-connect. -
How the System Works
The Automatic Feeder connects to your home’s wireless router and allows you to program your pet’s meals from anywhere, right from your smartphone via the “Tuya Smart” app. Use the app to schedule your pet’s meal times and portion sizes, view the last 7 days of feeder activity, and even dispense a meal by presetting time. The WIFI Automatic Feeder keeps you connected with your pet(s) feeding wherever you are! -
Download the App & Log In
Log in your Apple App store or google store to search “Tuya Smart” to download the App. You can register an account or use the stochastic guest ID.
Please download and install the correct App as the logo of “Tuya Smart”, or scan the QR code, download, install and open it.| |

Connect the feeder with your smartphone
• In your smartphone, turn on the location, bluetooth and WiFi, which should be sure 2.4G Hz(802.11b/g/n) route;
• Press the RESET button (underneath the bottom) for 5 seconds while the red LED blinks slowly;
• Be sure your smartphone is near the device; open the App, select homepage, and click “Add device”
• Turn on the location in the smartphone, add the auto-pop-up device (Discovering devices) after entering WiFi account and password;
Tip: When you change your smartphone, you need to install the App and RESET the feeder (5 seconds pressing) again.
• The App will remind that the smartphone is downloading the data of the device (takes 1-2 minutes), then press NEXT, shows “Added successfully”.
• Press “Done” in the right-top corner (and LED stops blinking), the device will be connected with the smartphone, and enters App mode. -
Setting Meal Plan
• To start setting “Meal Plan”, please ALWAYS set “1” as the feeding number, because the App should match the device food grid (1 grid per 1 plan).
Tip: When you change your smartphone, you need to install the App and RESET the feeder (5 seconds pressing) again.
CLEANING & CARE
It’s recommended to clean the feeder regularly for the health of your pet
The washable parts of the auto feeder are as the following:
– food storage cover,
– food storage grid
– food bowl (tray)
They could be uninstalled easily, and washed by water directly;
Clean by hand-washing, using cool or warm soapy water.
Let all parts air dry completely before assembling back.
Note:
- At the center of base of the food storage box base, there’s an electronic connector which should NOT be washed or damp wet.
- Please pay attention not to fall any plastic parts when you put (turn) the feeder’s upside down.
- Be careful not to hurt your fingers when disassembling the food storage box by great strength.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The food doesn’t come out after set |
- Please be sure to fill in with dry food kibble size should range from 2-10mm / 0.07-0.4in in diameter;
- Check whether anything unexpected are there – disassemble the food storage box and check the outlet grid;
- Check whether the power is connected or out of plug;
- Please be sure if you have set a wrong plan, or the timing is delayed.
can’t disassemble the food storage box| Please check if anywhere is stuck by
anything or food grain(s).
Food volume for each portion is not the same| There is a tolerance by 5% in
each food grid due to the grain pouring and storing.
can’t set the feeder on my mobile| Wrong account and password format – Use
only number and letter for username and password.
Feeder appears disconnected from Wi-Fi| Weak disconnection – Please check that
the distance between your feeder and router is no more than 10m/ 33ft, and no
walls or too many obstacles between them. Otherwise, the Wi-Fi network would
be weak decrease connection signal.
