INITIAL OPERATION

  1. Remove wireless outdoor sensor battery coverand insert 2x AA batteries (not included) with the right polarity[“+” and”-“]. Push the channel selector switch to set the correct channel.
  2. Connect the power supply or batteries to the] indoor unit. Once you plug in the power supply, all the icons on the LCD screen will light up for 3] seconds and a continuous sound will be heard indicating the detection of internal temperature and humidity. You can select the unit of measurement by pressing the “°C / °F” button.
  3. The weather station will then be connected to the wireless external sensor. The process will take about 3 minutes. During the connection, the RF icon will start flashing on the indoor unit screen.
  4. Once the connection to the external wireless sensor is completed, then the device starts working on normal time mode.

NOTE: The battery is a backup power supply of the base station, in case the power adapter is unexpectedly cut off.

SETTINGS

  1. Push and hold the “ ” button for 2 seconds, the temperature unit symbol will start to flash. Now use the” ” and ” C: ” buttons to set the temperature unit in °C or °F.
  2. Push” ” to confirm your setting, and the barometric pressure unit symbol will start to flash. Now use the” ” and ” C: ” buttons to set the desired barometric pressure unit (MB/hPa).
  3. Push “ ” to confirm your setting, the weather forecast display will start to flash. Now use the” ” and “; ” buttons to set the correct weather forecast icon.
  4. Push “ ” to confirm your setting, and the 12/24 hour mode display will start to flash. Now use M” ” and” C:” buttons to set the correct 12/24 hour mode.
  5. Push “ ” to confirm your setting, the Hour display will start to flash. Now use the” ” and “C: “buttons to set the correct hour.
  6. Push “ ” to confirm your setting, and the Minute display will start to flash. Now use the” ” and ” C: ” buttons to set the correct minute.
  7. Push the” ” button to confirm your setting, and the language selection for the Weekday display will start to flash. Now use the” ” and “ buttons to select a language.
  8. Push the” ” button to confirm your setting, the Year display will start to flash. Now use the” ‘” and” “buttons to set the correct year:
  9. Push,, the ” button to confirm your setting, and the Month display will start to flash. Now use the” “‘” and “ ” buttons to set the correct month.
  10. Push the” ” button to confirm your setting, the Date display will start to flash. Now use the” “‘” and “ ” buttons to set the correct date.
  11. Push “ “to confirm your setting and then finish the setting procedures, by entering the clock mode.

NOTE: After 30 seconds without pressing any button, the clock switches automatically from set Mode to Normal Time Mode.

ALARM SETTING

Follow the below steps to set the daily alarm:

  1. Push the “   ” button and the display will switch to Alam, activation mode.
  2. Press the” ” button for 2 seconds until Alam, Time hour display starts to flash. Use the “ ” and “ ” buttons to set the required hour:
  3. Press the “ALARM” button to confirm your setting, and the Minute display starts to flash. Use the “w:”‘” and “buttons to set the minute.
  4. Press the” ” button to confirm your setting, the snooze time of the alarm starts to flash. Use the “ ‘” and ” buttons to set the time duration of snooze.
  5. Press the” ” button to confirm your setting and finish the setting procedure.
  6. To activate the alarm, slide the “ALARW switch on the back of the indoor unit to the “ON” position and the” ” icon will appear on the screen. Slide] the “ALARM” switch on the back of the indoor unit to the •oFF” position to tum off the alarm.

NOTE:

  • After 30 seconds without pushing any button the clock switches automatically from setting mode to monomial clock mode.
  • The alarm will sound for 2 minutes if you do not deactivate it by pushing any button. In this case, the team will be repeated automatically after 24 hours.
  • Rising alam, sound (crescendo, duration: 2 minutes) changes the volume 4 times while the alarm signal is heard.
  • The snooze time setting range: is 5 ~ 60min.
  • While the alarm is ringing, press any key except the “SNOOZE” / LIGHT” button or hold down the” SNOOZE “/ LIGHT” button for 2 seconds to turn off the alarm.

SNOOZE FUNCTION

  1. While the alarm is ringing, touch the “SNOOZE” / LIGHT” button once to activate the snooze function.
  2. When snooze mode is enabled, press any button except the “SNOOZE” / LIGHT” button or touch the “SNOOZE” / LIGHT” button for at least 3 seconds to exit the snooze mode.

NOTE: When the snooze function is set to OFF, while the alarm is ringing, by pushing the “SNOOZE” / LIGHT” button it will not activate the] snooze function.

TEMPERATURE/ HUMIDITY/ BAROMETRIC PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE / HUMIDITY TREND DISPLAY

  • The current indoor temperature/humidity/ barometric pressure and the temperature/humidity indoor trend are shown in the LCD display.
  • After successfully connecting with the outdoor sensor, the weather station can display the outdoor temperature / humidity and the outdoor temperature / humidity trend.

Language selection

You may see the following displays

  • The temperature/ humidity is increasing.
  •  The temperature/ humidity is remaining constant.
  • The temperature/ humidity is decreasing.

NOTE: If the temperature reading is below range, the “LL.L” will be displayed. If the temperature reading is above range, the “HH.H” will be displayed.

OUTDOOR SENSOR TRANSMISSION

  1. When the base station successfully receives signals from the wireless sensor, the outdoor]m temperature and humidity are displayed on the LCD display of the base station.
  2. The base station can be connected up to 3]wireless channel sensors. Each wireless sensor must emit in a different channel.
  3. Push the” ” button to switch the display of a] different channel of outdoor temperature and humidity. When the symbol “(!” is displayed, it will change channels automatically every 5 seconds.
  4. If the Base Station fails to receive a transmission from the outdoor sensor (“- -“display on the LCD), push and hold the button for 3 seconds to] receive transmission manually. The outdoor] temperature will show an animation of the RF antenna symbol and the Base Station will receive the wireless signal of the outdoor sensor.

NOTE: When the wireless sensor is set up with different channels, the base station also must switch to the same channel. When there is no wireless sensor signal transmission on the channel, “–” will be displayed in the channel of the base station.

MAXIMUM/MINIMUM TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY

To toggle indoor/outdoor maximum, minimum temperature, and humidity data, push the “MEM” button:

  1. Once to show the maximum temperature and]humidity values.
  2. Twice to sow the minimum temperature and humidity values.
  3. Three times to return to the current] temperature and humidity levels.
  4. To reset the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity, push and hold down the “MEMORY” button for about 2 seconds. This will] reset all minimum and maximum data recorded to the current displayed values.

NOTE: If the temperature reading is below ranges, the “LL.L” will be displayed. If the temperature reading is above range, the “HH.H” will be displayed.

LOW BATTERY
  1. If the battery icon “appears in the “IN” column, please replace the new batteries in the base station.
  2. If the battery icon ” appears in the “OUT”] column, please check the channel connected to the base station. Afterward, replace the batteries in the matching wireless sensor.

WEATHER FORECAST

  • The weather symbols indicate the weather forecast over the next 6-12 hours and not the current weather conditions.

NOTE:

  • Please note the weather forecast from your local weather forecasting service into account as well as the forecast from your weather station. If there are discrepancies between the information from your device and from the local weather forecasting service, please take the advice of the latter as authoritative.
  • The weather forecast is based on the evaluation of fluctuations in the barometric pressure and may deviate from the actual weather conditions.

FROST ALERT

  • If the frost alarm alert is activated, icon will start to flash on the display. The alarm signal sounds at -1 “C .Eooc;+ 3 “C ~ +30″F £Ci1<; + 37°F.
READING THE BAROMETRIC PRESSURE FOR THE LAST 6-12 HOURS

You may see the following displays:

  • The barometric pressure will increase.
  • The barometric pressure will remain constant.
  • The barometric pressure will decrease.

BACKGROUND LIGHTING

  1. If the weather station is powered by the power supply adapter, the backlight brightness will be set continuously to the highest level.
  2. If the product is power supplied by batteries,] touch the •SNOOZE/UGHTw field. The backlight turns on for 15 seconds.
  3. Press the “COLOR” button to select one of the 8] available backlight colors (white, red, orange,] yellow, green, cyan, blue, and purple).
  4. Press the “COLOR” button for 2 seconds, a beep sound will be heard, the device will enter the] automatic gradient mode and you will see more than 70 color cycle changes. Press the “COLOR” key again for 2 seconds to exit the specific backlight function.
