Assembly Instructions
- Open the box and remove the inner shipping fillers, the lid, and the four (4) Cold-Sell® panels. Remove the barrel from the box.
- Freeze the four (4) Cold-Sell panels over night (and each night of continued use). Stack Cells, horizontally on top of each other with air space between for proper freezing.
- Center and place two (2) full 16 qt. crates of COLD product into the barrel.
- Place the four (4) frozen Cold-Sell panels into the barrel to begin the cooling cycle.
- As the top crate empties, place the lower crate in the upper position for continued service of cold product.
Graphic Wrap Changes
- Remove the old or damaged wrap by cutting vertically near the overlapped seam noting its position.
- Slide the replacement wrap around the barrel orienting the ends to the previous seam position.
- Overlap the ends of the the wrap so that the graphic image is “continuous” if designed to be.
- Position the wrap up to the top shoulder of the barrel to assure a squarely positioned wrap.
- Remove the double stick tape’s protective strips, slide the two ends tightly together and attach the underlap to the barrel and the overlap to itself.
General Use Instructions
- With proper use, the COLD-SELL® System will maintain the temperature of the products inside the unit in the low 30’s for up to 24 hours.
- The Cold-Sell panels must be completely frozen before each use to ensure optimum cooling efficiency.
- The product and its bulk container must be chilled prior to placement in the COLD-SELL unit.
- A freezer that Qreates 0°F minimum temperature is preferred to insure complete freezing of all cold panels.
- Every 24 hours the cold panels must be exchanged and lower level product rotated with upper level ones to maintain proper product temperature.
- Agitate the cold panels before refreezing them.
Cleaning Instructions
- Use a mild non-abrasive detergent and wipe dry both the interior and the exterior as required.
- Panels can be cleaned with a mild detergent and a plastic brush, wiping dry before freezing.
Important! To avoid damage to the barrel wheels, do not roll loaded barrel over rough surfaces or floor obstructions.

IMPORTANT
- Remove all cold cells immediately and place in O (F) degree freezer for 24 hours & cold cells will then be frozen.
- Place set of (4) cold cell panels in
- Short or Tall Barrel surrounding refrigerated product. Product temperature will maintain mid 30 degree range for 14 + hours.
- Remove refrigerated product and cold cells at end of school day. ..·
- Return product to walk-in cooler and return cold cells to walk-in freezer.
- Repeat process each day thereafter.
