Screen assembly steps
( I ) Assemble the inner frame
First, find the white protective sheet (1) in the packing box, spread out the sheet, and lay it on the clean ground for the following installation:

  1. Take out all the frames from the foam cotton and gently put them on the sheet separately. Check whether they are missing according to the parts list. Place the inner frame correctly according to the illustration below. Splice upper and lower inner frames (A1) and upper and lower inner frames (A2) with inner frame connectors (C). (Methods: Insert one end of the upper and lower inner frame (A 1) into the inner frame connectors (C), align it with the hole on the inner frame, and use a piece of inner frame corner screw (E) to fix the inner frame, and then connect it with another upper and lower outer frame (A2). Repeat this step to splice the other two sections of the frame), and the two left and right inner frames (B) are inserted into the inner frame connector (D), which are connected with the spliced long inner frame.

(II) Installation of screen surface

  1. Loosen the screws on the brackets at both ends of the paper tube with an M4 Allen screw wrench (Z2), remove the brackets on both sides, slowly remove the screen surface from the paper tube, and wear installation gloves to prevent the screen surface from being stained with sweat. Carefully unroll the screen surface and lay it on the sheet with the back of the screen facing upward (the side with the label in the back). Please refer to the following illustration for this step:
  2. There are 6 fiber rods in total, of which 4 are of the same length and are used for two long sides. Insert 4 fiber (J1) rods into the sleeves of the long sides, and the other 2 slightly longer fiber rods (J2) into the sleeves of the short sides.
  3. Slide the screen edges into the grooves of the pull rod (N) and pull rod (M) as shown in the illustration below.
  4. Center the inner frame on the back of the screen surface.

5. Ensure that the four sides of the screen are aligned with the outer edge of the frame. The M4 × 45 pull nail screw (L) is screwed into the Pull pin nut (K) in the pull rod through the hole in the inner frame hole. Install the four corners first according to the installation sequence of 1-1 2-2 3-3 4-4 in the illustration, first the long side and then the short side. Pre-tighten the screws to ensure that the four sides of the screen are aligned and then tighten the screws symmetrically. The frame screws can be tightened to the side of the pull rod and close to the positioning line. If the screen surface is not flat, adjust the tension of the pull screws until the screen surface is flat.
(III) Install the outer frame After splicing the long side outer frames (Q1) and (Q2) with the outer frame connecting screws (S), slightly lift the inner frame to buckle the outer frame on, and splice the short outer frame (R) with the outer frame connector (0).

(IV) Paste cushion block
Tear off the release film on one side of the cushion block and paste the cushion block on the inner frame as shown in the illustration below. After the screen is hung on the wall, tear off the release film on the other side to fix the lower side of the screen to the wall

(V) Install wall mounting bracket

  1. According to the dimensions in the illustration below, after drilling on the wall with a cp8 drill, fix the wall hanging bracket to the wall by inserting the plastic expansion pipe (Z1) into the hole on the wall.
  2. Tear off the protective films on the four corners of the screen. The screen stands upright, and the Down label on the back of the screen is at the bottom. After the screen is hung on the wall, rotate the adjusting rod to adjust the height of the screen to achieve the best display effect.
