In order to have a good experience when using, please read the manual carefully before operating the device.

Mounting Diagram & Step

  1. For wall mounting, holes shall be drilled according to the hole position of the Mounting Sticker, and the Wall Mounting shall be inserted in the hole. The holes at the upper and lower ends must be drilled, and the middle holes shall be drilled according to the customer’s requirements.
  2.  Fix the Wall Mounting Bracket to the wall with a self-tapping screw.
  3. Connect the Cable and I/OInterfaces to the device.
  4. Fix the device recessed hole to the Wall Mounting Bracket and use a Wrench to tighten the bottom Set Screw.
  5. Mounting completed.

Device Indicator

Personnel is not within the validity period, and a voice prompt is given: Time zone deny.
Personnel mode is not enabled.

App Activation

For cloud platform

  1. For first-time use, log in to the cloud platform.  https://www.ustar-cloud.com/user/login
  2. After creating a company, add a new administrator and authorize the UstarAccess permission to the administrator in the permission management.
  3. Search for UstarAccess from Apple or Google Play to download.
  4. Use the E-mail Account with UstarAccess permission to verify and log in.
  5. Follow the steps to select Language → Time Zone and set Device Password.
  6.  Configure the network under a specific network environment, and WiFi or Wired LAN can be connected.
  7.  Enter the Device Serial No, Device Name, and Device Grouping to bind the device.
  8. Select Address Book → Add → Add Employee and add personnel.
  9. Select Access Control → Access Scheme and add Access Scheme for personnel management.

Device Web Activation

For offline or cloud platform

  1. Open the browser and type: http://192.168.0.88:8090
