Welcome to WellBody®. It’s time to Bring the Heat!
Congratulations on your purchase of the WellBody®5 HeatBallTM Massage gun
featuring HeatBallTM technology. WellBody®5 delivers five quiet speeds
including DeepSpeedTM performance of 3000 strokes per minute and 16mm
amplitude. WellBody®5 is a therapist-level massage gun device with best-in-
class build quality and durability. Connect your IOS device or Android device
to control speeds from 1000 to 3000 strokes per minute. With its compact
footprint and lightweight ergonomic design, WellBody®5 is the most intelligent
device of its kind delivering the ultimate in performance.
Lightweight and compact; only 8.94″ X 6.69″ X 3.41″ in size and 2.49 lbs
(battery included). Five different speeds; 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, and 3000
strokes per minute. Unlimited speed control up to 3000 strokes per minute
while using Bluetooth® enabled APP. 16V brushless motor powering an aluminum
powertrain. Ultra-quiet; just 47-65 DBS. Anti-torsional grip ensures safe
handling. One-touch, simple power button. 30 lbs of stall force with pressure
acceleration technology.

- We recommend that you fully charge your WellBody®5 every 3 months if it is not in continuous use.

WARRANTY
- This device carries a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- WellBody®5 battery carries a limited warranty of six (6) months from the date of purchase
- During the warranty period, defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
- Evidence of abuse, tampering, or damage caused by misuse may invalidate the warranty.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Please remove 2 batteries, one from the packaging tray and one from the WellBody®5 device by holding the lower section of the WellBody®5 in one hand while pushing the sliding battery release button toward the front of the device to release the battery. The battery will pop out slightly for you to pull the battery out of the device. (Graphic A)

The pre-loaded battery inside the gun has a plastic protective film that requires removal. Pull the tab downward to remove the film from the battery end (Graphic B).

After removing the plastic protective film, insert one of the batteries into the charging cradle so the cradle’s lighted ring light comes on. If the battery is not charged, the cradle ring light will turn red, and if the battery is charged the cradle ring light will turn green.

Charge both batteries for 2.5 hours each before use.

Before inserting the battery into WellBody®5, select and connect a rubber tip/ball to the shaft end by pressing the shaft end firmly into the tip/ball and then turning clockwise to lock it in place. DO NOT USE WITHOUT THE TIP/BALL ATTACHED.

Make sure WellBody®5 is OFF before placing a tip onto the metal shaft end. Graphic A

Insert the battery into WellBody®5 ‘s battery compartment until you feel and/or hear the battery lock into place. If the battery is not fully inserted, the device will not power on and the battery could fall out of the device causing breakage and/or injury.

Press the Power Button and your WellBody®5 lights up in standby mode.

The power button indicator light is shown as the WellBody® logo located on the arm button and it will show white when POWER is ON. The power indicator light will also show red when the battery is running lower than 25% of its capacity.

To preserve battery power, Wellbody®5 will turn OFF if it remains in standby mode for 60 seconds.

To MASSAGE, press the power button to reach the first speed mode (1000spm) and continue to press the power button to reach subsequent speeds 1500, 2000, 2500, and the final speed mode 3000.

Place WellBody®5 over a large body part such as the thigh to feel the impact of each speed so you are comfortable with the power of the WellBody®5.
Note: Speeds and hand pressure are a personal preference and speeds above 2000spm should be used only after you are comfortable with lower speed levels. Graphic B -
After cycling through WellBody®5 ‘s five-speed modes, WellBody®5 will return to standby mode.

To turn WellBody®5 OFF, press and hold down the power button and WellBody®5 will shut off immediately.

To remove the rubber tip/ball, turn WellBody®5 OFF, turn the tip/ball counter-clockwise and pull the tip/ball away from the shaft.

WellBody®5 uses antimicrobial plastic and rubber, but it is recommended to use antibacterial or alcohol wipes to clean the tips/ball between uses.
MEATBALL INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the charging cable from HeatBall and close the rubber cover on the charging port found on HeatBall. Closing the port assures no fluids or debris will enter the charging port. (Graphic C)
- Toggle +/- to increase and decrease temperature.
- meatball delivers three temp levels: low: 80.6°F (+/-10°), medium: 98.6°F (+/-10°), and high: 116.6°F (+/-10°)
- To attach Heatball, turn counter-clockwise to lock it in place and turn clockwise to remove it from the shaft.
WELLBODY CONNECT
WellBody 5 is equipped with WellBody Connect which will seamlessly pair
your WellBody to the WellBody APP. Step one: download the WellBody APP to your
smartphone. Step two: Follow the WellBody APP’s simple pairing instructions so
you can control your WellBody device via your smartphone. WellBody Connect
allows you to adjust device speed, monitor a visible pressure indicator, and
record massage time on body parts. Soon, the WellBody APP will also allow you
to create custom routines, access educational resources, and reach tech
support.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- If WellBody®5 will not power on, charge the battery until fully charged.
- If the rubber tip/ball will not remove from the shaft, turn COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to remove.
- If the battery will not charge, check to make sure the battery is fully inserted in the charging cradle and/or check to see if the power cord wall plug is secured in the power outlet.
MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & STORAGE
- Wipe down with a slightly damp towel to clean the device, then dry.
- Wipe tips/balls and grip with anti-bacterial wipes to prevent any bacteria contamination.
SAFETY WARNINGS
THIS PRODUCT MUST BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Do not use if you are injured.
- Do not immerse in water, sand, and/or lose debris that might get into the motor housing vent.
- Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble.
- For use by and/or applied by adults only.
- Stop immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort.
- Use no more than 30 seconds on any single location on the body.
- Keep moving over muscles and avoid the head and other bony areas.
- Avoid touching the exposed moving shaft section to prevent pinching.
- Avoid getting hair tangled on tip and moving the shaft.
- Do not touch or contact the metal shaft on the tip side while WellBody®5 is in use or after use.
- During the massage, adjust the applied pressure per your comfort and relief. Don’t hold the device under the max stall force for longer than 3 seconds to protect the device for longer service life.
- Do not drop WellBody®5.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons:
a) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities
b) who lack appropriate experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or thorough instruction by a person responsible for their safety.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class

designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
