System Introduction
- BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) is the future of video conferencing, allowing participants to connect to pre- existing hardware using their own laptop for a seamless and cost-effective meeting experience.
- Nearhub Air/Tail simplifies the way to start conference room meetings. When you walk into a conference room, it connects you to devices like cameras, speakerphones, and displays, allowing users to quickly start a meeting from their laptop in seconds with their preferred video conferencing platform.
Nearhub Air
Nearhub Air is a wireless decoder developed by Nearity, used with Nearhub Tail as a wireless screen receiving. It can also be connected to Nearity’s speakermic A20S/A21S, conference camera V415 and other products, and cooperate with Nearhub Tail to realize BYOM functions. In the BYOM scenario, users can use the conference software on their computers to process meetings, use audio and video devices connected to Nearhub Air, and project the screen to the conference room screen.

Product installation
- Nearhub Air connects to power adaptor with 12VDC input, and connects to Router.
- Nearhub Air HDMI port connects to TV Monitor,Display etc.
- Nearhub Air USB port connect to Speakerphone A20S.
- PC connect to Router, and please make sure the product and computer are connect the same WiFi.
- The content displayed on the computer is projected onto the TV monitor.

Power requirement
- As the main plug is used to disconnect the unit from the mains, connect the unit to an easily accessible AC outlet. Should you notice an abnormality in the unit, disconnect the main plug from the AC outlet immediately.
