Pro Reader
INTRODUCTION
The Freewell Pro Reader is a high-efficiency card reader, perfect for
photographers and videographers.
It reads various card types: CF Express A & B, UHS-I and UHS-II SD cards
(including SDXC, SDHC, SD), and micro SD cards (micro SDXC, micro SDHC, micro
SD). Equipped with a Type C port, it allows easy connection to Type-C
smartphones and tablets, facilitating quick data transfer without additional
apps.

HOW TO USE
Accessing your memory card
To release the card reader, press the two tabs simultaneously.
Gently pull outwards to access the memory cards.

CARD SLOTS
DEVICE CONNECTIVITY AND ADAPTER USE
Equipped with a Type-C port compatible with smartphones and tablets supporting
OTG. For desktop computer connections, utilize the provided Type-C to USB-A
dedicated adapter.
Always ensure the safe ejection of the reader before disconnecting it from any
device.
INSERTING/REMOVING CARD
Insert cards into their respective slots, ensuring proper alignment. Use
the ejection pin for SIM cards.
To remove, gently press and pull out the card.
CARD SLOT SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES
SD 4.0 Card Slot: Compatible with SDXC, SDHC cards for read/write functions, this slot handles up to 2TB capacity and offers UHS-II transfer speeds, peaking at 5 Gbps via USB 3.2 GEN1. It’s backward compatible with UHS-I, ensuring broad usability. Hot-swappable, it facilitates easy plug-and-play.
TF 4.0 Card Slot: Supports Micro SDXC, SDHC, SD with similar capabilities
and capacities as the SD slot, ensuring consistent performance across card
types.
CFexpress Type A & B Slots: Both designed for their respective card
types, these slots feature a Type-C interface, providing transfer speeds up to
10Gbps with USB 3.2 GEN 2.
They maintain compatibility with older USB standards and support hot-swapping
for user convenience,
Each slot is engineered for ease of use, with no need for driver
installations, making the PRO READER a versatile and efficient tool for
various storage and transfer requirements.
Enables high-speed reading and writing across SD, TF, CF Express TypeA & B,
supporting multiple drive for each card type to operate simultaneously on your
computer.
