KWANWA KW618S LED Digital Clock

Key Features

1. KW618S features a 12-hour and a 24-hour time display
2. You can set one daily alarm. The alarm has
   • A 90-seconds duration
   • Gradually increasing volume
   • A snooze function format
3. Three brightness levels
4. Time accuracy to +/- 30 seconds per month

Icons on Display

1. If you set an alarm and switch it on, “ ” will light up at the top left corner of the clock front.
2. If you select the 12-hour display format, “P” will light up at the bottom left corner of the clock front from 12:00 PM to 11:59 PM.
3. If you set the snooze on, “ ” will light up at the top right corner of the clock front.
4. When snooze is switched on by pressing “ SNOOZE ” at the top, “ ” keeps blinking. However, the alarm rings at its time.

Setting up the clock

1. Switch Between 12-hours/24-hours
2. To switch between 12-hours/24-hours time format:

Set Time

To set the time:

1. Short press “TIME SET”- the time on display begins flashing
2. Press “HOUR” to set the hour or “MIN” to set the minutes
3. Press “TIME SET” to save the time
   • If no further buttons are pressed for the following 15 seconds, the changes are saved automatically

Set Alarm

To set the alarm:

1. Short press “AL SET” – “ ” lights up and the digits flash
2. Press “HOUR” to set the alarm hour and/or “MIN” to set the alarm minutes
3. Press “AL SET” to save the alarm
   • If no further buttons are pressed for the following 15 seconds, the changes are saved automatically
   • When you set the alarm for the first time, SNOOZE and ALARM will turn on automatically

Turn Alarm ON/OFF

To switch the alarm ON/OFF

1. Short press “AL ON/OFF”- “ ” will light up or turn off
2. If the alarm is turned ON, the alarm time will display on the screen for 3 seconds

Switch Snooze ON/OFF

1. Snooze can only be turned on when the alarm is switched on
2. To switch snooze ON/OFF in normal time display mode: long press “HOUR” for 2 seconds

Stop/Snooze Alarm

1. If snooze is not turned on beforehand:
   • Touching “SNOOZE” at the top of the clock will stop the alarm
   • The alarm will snooze for the next 24 hours
2. If snooze is turned on beforehand:
   • Touching “SNOOZE” at the top of the clock will stop the alarm
   • Indicato “ ” wz ill flash
   • The alarm will snooze for the next 7 minutes
   • You can snooze the alarm up to 3 times (maximum)

Cancel Snooze

If you have snoozed the alarm and want to cancel it before it rings again:

1. Press any button (except RESET)
2. Indicator  “ ” sz tops flashing
3. The alarm will not ring for the next 24 hours

Alarm Duration

1. The alarm rings for (maximum) 90 seconds
2. If the alarm rings for its entire duration (90 seconds) and no buttons are pressed, the alarm and snooze will turn off automatically

Adjust Time Display Brightness

• Toggle the dimmer between High, Medium, and Low to adjust time display brightness.

Night/Day Mode

1. The clock (automatically) enters the night mode between 08:00 pm and 06:00 am
   • During this time, the display dims and the brightness can’t be changed.

Switch Time Separator (:) Flashing ON/OFF

• To switch the time separator (:) flashing ON/OFF: in normal time display mode, long press “MIN” for 2 seconds.

Change Batteries

1. Lay the clock front facing at a clean surface
2. Place your fingers on the lines and slide the battery cover down
3. Replace the batteries with a fresh set of 4 AA alkaline batteries of the same brand. (Ensure correct polarities (+/-) at all times)

Issues and Solutions

Clock does not display time correctly/abnormal functioning| Press “ RESET ” at the back of the clock with a sharp object  If the issue is not resolved by resetting the device, insert a fresh set of 4 AA batteries
