Installation Instructions

  1. Using a level, mark the wall at the height of 60 inches from the ground to align the dispenser properly.
  2. Drill holes in the marked positions, insert wall plugs, and secure the mounting bracket to the wall with screws.
  3. Hang the dispenser on the mounting bracket and slide it down to lock in place.
  4. Open the dispenser by pressing the button on the bottom and pulling the cover towards you.
  5. Load the hand towels into the dispenser, making sure to follow the indicated direction for proper dispensing.
  6. Close the dispenser cover securely.
  7. Use the dispenser by pulling the towels from the bottom.

Care and Maintenance

Dispensers should be dusted with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or paper as they will scratch the surface. For cleaning, use a clean, damp cloth, or a solution of mild soap and water. At least once per month it is recommended to remove paper dust from inside the dispenser with a vacuum or compressed air. Always wear eye protection when using compressed air.

  • To avoid a potential shock hazard to dispenser users, do not install dispenser directly above an electrical outlet or within six inches from any edge of an electrical outlet.
  • Do not place the dispenser in a position where users must reach over an electrical outlet to access the dispenser.
  • It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure installation of the unit complies with all applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements including building codes and electrical codes.
