Inosmart BT Ino Smart Fingerprint Reader

Registration of the BT dongle with control unit

  1. The BT key can be registered to ONLY 1 door.
  2. With the help of the ‘1’ buƩon on the control unit, we start adding a new BT dongle
  3. If we have a fingerprint reader installed in the door, it is necessary to confirm the addiƟon with the administrator’s finger. WHITE LEDs light up on the reader. If the reader is not installed in the door, the white light on the control unit lights up and we can continue the process.
  4. Then briefly (1-2s) press the key buƩon, where the BLUE LED will light up. The signaling will be lit for approx. 2-3 seconds. During this time, BT pairing of the devices will take place and communication will be established between the key and the reader.
  5. If we have several doors nearby with a built-in BT control unit, it is important to have the BT control unit turned on ONLY on one door that we will pair with the key. In this way, we prevent the automatic pairing of the key to the wrong door.

DeleƟng BT pairings

  • on the control unit – press button 2 and then the button on the BT key
  • on the BT key – hold the key button for at least 10 seconds. When we release the button, it will be signaled with 5 flashes, which are a sign that the information on the device’s BT pairing has been deleted from the key.
  • The procedure described is used when we want to register an already paired key on the ECU.
  • It is used when changing the control unit or when teaching in other doors.
