Usage and Precautions

  1. Electric hot plate power supply : 11OV
  2. Temperature settings :Fitinhot-110V-Candle-Making-Kit-with-Electronic -Plate -Melter-4
  3. Do not touch plate with hands and wear gloves during working period.
  4. There is no automatic on/off shut off automatically when not in use. So be careful and never let your wax or hot plate unattended.
  5. Stir the wax with the spoon until the wax melts completely. ( the best pouring temperature ranges from about 110 to 140 °F)
  6. Keep checking the temperature with thermometer while melting to prevent wax overborn.

How to make candles at home?

  1. Place the wax into the pour pot and tum on the electric hot plate.
  2. Stir the wax with spoon until the wax melts completely.
  3. When wax is melted, measure the temperature of the wax with the thermometer. Soy wax melts at 135°F/ 57°C.
  4. Once the wax has reached a suitable pour temperature, add a coloring and stir to fully incorporate.
  5. Insert a tabbed wick into the center and pour wax into containers.
  6. Allow candle to cool for several hours, then trim the wick.
