TV OPERATOR TROUBLESHOOTING – K2
This is a (2) day base class. This is an instructional class that uses power
points and hands-on training.
Prerequisite: None
Topics covered in this session
- Basic electronics and electricity.
- Basic soldering skills.
- Use of digital multimeters and Meg Ohm meters.
- Cable end terminations.
- Troubleshooting cable problems.
- K2 operations and diagnostics.
- K2 system builds and troubleshooting.
- TV truck troubleshooting.
- Camera and transporter maintenance. During this class, we will cover these topics and problems that arise during normal operation and how to avoid and correct issues on a daily basis.
Note : All students are responsible for their own accommodations and meals
Class time is from 8 am to 5 pm on both days with one hour for lunch (16 hours total class time). The cost of this class is $300 / per person / per day. Total = $600 for both days.
