Product Usage Instructions
How To Use The Heating Pad:
- Stretch the cloth cover over a flat surface. Insert the vinyl pad inside the cover, ensuring the control and cord are outside the cover. Close the cover with the snap button. NOTE: Never use this heating pad without the cloth cover.
- Plug the heating pad into an electrical outlet.
- To turn on the heating pad, press the multifunction button on the hand controller. The heating pad WILL NOT turn on until you press the button. NOTE: If the heating pad still does not work, try plugging it into another electrical outlet. Make sure the electrical cord is not broken.
- Let the pad preheat for a few minutes. The heating pad is designed to work with the maximum heating according to UL standards.
- To select the desired temperature, press the multifunction button repeatedly to switch between WARM, LOW, MEDIUM, or HI temperature settings. A light will indicate which temperature is selected. The heating pad will turn off after switching between all of the heat settings and the light indicator will not show.
- The heating pad will automatically turn off after 120 minutes.
How To Use For Moist Heat Therapy:
- Remove the sponge from the heating pad. Place the sponge under warm running water until it is fully saturated. Softly wring out the excess water.
- Place the sponge on top of the pad, and cover both with thecloth cover. Close the cover with the snap button. Warning: Do not immerse the vinyl heating pad in water or place it under running water. This can cause severe damage.
Care Instructions:
- Remove cloth cover from the heating pad. To keep the cover fresh and clean, wash it with mild soap in lukewarm water and drip dry to keep it fluffy. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.
- If the cover becomes discolored, scorched or worn, replace it with a new one.
- It is to be expected that the cover of the heating pad unit may eventually become discolored. Excessive scorching may cause the cover to deteriorate.

- Do not use pins or metallic fasteners on this pad.
- Do not sit on or lay on top of the heating pad.
- Do not crush. Avoid sharp folds.
- Do not pull the electric cord.
- Do not use the cord as a handle.
- Examine the inner cover of the pad before each use. Discard the pad if inner cover shows any signs of deterioration. If damaged please discard the pad.
- Do not use the heating pad on children without adult supervision.
- Use the heating pad in 110-120 volt electric outlet.
- Do not attempt to break or manipulate the heating pad.
- No parts on the heating pad are replaceable.
- Do not use the heating pad with any lotion or gels that create heat. This may burn the skin.
- Place the heating pad on top, not underneath, the part of the body where heat is being administered.
- Save these instructions for future reference.
