INSTRUCTION LEAFLET
PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Pair with Bluetooth Devices
- Turn on the Bluetooth function in settings of your Bluetooth enabled device.
- Turn the earphones on by taking both earphones out from the charging case.
- Earphones will detect Bluetooth enable devices nearby (Left earphone flashes red and blue and right earphone will flash blue only.). Pairing mode will then commence for 3-5 seconds.
- “OTL TWS 4” will appear on the Bluetooth device list, select “OTL TWS 4” to establish pairing.
- When pairing is successful, the LED on both earphones will turn off. If the earphones are not paired with device within 3 minutes, it will automatically turn off.
Note: please charge your earphones before first time use.
FUNCTIONS
Power On
Take both earphones out from the charging case and both earphones will
automatically power on (make sure the charging case is charged) or tap & hold
MFB on earphones for 2 seconds.
Power Off
The earphones will automatically power off by returning them to the charging
case. Or tap & hold MFB on earphones for 5 seconds.
Play/Pause
Tap right/left earphone once
Skip Track Forward/Backward
Tap the right earphone twice to forward to the next track or tap the left
earphone twice to go backwards to the previous track.
Increase and Decrease Volume
Tap the right earphone 3 times to increase the volume or tap the left earphone
3 times to decrease the volume.
Voice Assistant
Tap and hold right/left earphone for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant
(i.e. Siri or Google Assistant).
Answer Call/Hang Up Call
Tap the right/left earphone once to answer the incoming call and touch once
again to hang up.
Reject Call
Tap and hold right/left earphone for 2 seconds to reject the incoming call.

TROUBLESHOOT
If an error occurs with the earphones, please follow the steps below:
- Take both earphones out of the charging case
- Disconnect with any devices and press MFB 5 times with any earphones. Both earphones light up red for few seconds then turn off.
- Put the earphones back into the charging case
- Take both earphones out from the charging case, search for “OTL TWS 4” on the Bluetooth enable device while R earphone will light up in blue. Once it is paired, the LED light goes off.
When the earphones power is low, the Bluetooth range may be affected. Please charge the earphones to avoid disruption during use. Please see our website www.otltechnologies.com for general troubleshooting method instructions.

WARRANTY:
This product is warranted against defective materials and workmanship. If the
warranty service is required, you should return the product to the retailer
from where it was purchased. If the item was purchased in the United Kingdom,
the guarantee period is for 12 months from the date of purchase. If it was
purchased in the EU, then the guarantee period is 24 months from the date of
purchase.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS

This warranty is only valid if, when warranty service is required, the original invoice or sales slip is produced, and the serial number on the product has not been defaced.

- This product is not a toy.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the charging case and the earphones.
- Do not place product in or near fire to avoid danger, as it uses a lithium battery.
- Avoid storage at extreme temperatures, this can shorten the battery life and may affect the charging case and the earphones.
- Keep the charging case and the earphones dry and do not store in damp areas to avoid damage to the charging case and the earphones.
- Avoid dropping the charging case and the earphones as it may cause damage to the product.
- Do not immerse in water.
