Foreword
Thank you for purchasing DFluid Microbalance, a professional, smart, digital
coffee scale.
This product is designed specifically for brewing coffee, with a series of
functions including weighing, timing, calculating, recording, and networking,
for use with pour-over coffee, espresso, and other scenarios.
This product can be used both stand-alone and with DiFluid Café, our companion
app.

The left display area shows the timer in second. Timing display area will only be display when active.

The middle display area shows the flow rate in gram/second.

The right display area can show weight in grams(g), ounces(oz) or grains(gr); Indicator light on the right will show current units.

To turn off the beep, please do so in the companion app, DiFluid Café.

Using Microbalance
Manual Timing
- Tap (D-Link) to start timing.
- Tap (D-Link) again to stop timing.The display freezes and flashes the final result, press any key to return to the working state.
Timed auto-start function on
- Turn on the function using the DiFluid Café App and the Auto-Timer icon will light up.
- When water filling starts (slow change in flow rate), the appliance automatically starts the timer and beeps (a tick), while the icon flashes.
Timer auto-stop function on
- When the machine is in a timed state and a weight is removed, the timer is suspended and the weight remains stable until the weight is removed. There are two situations in the pause state.
— In case I, where the timing is paused, the timing continues to start after the weight has been put back (the pause is automatically compensated for).
— In the second case, when the timing is suspended, the timing is stopped manually, the display area flashes, keeping the suspended time and the stable weight before the weight is removed, this is the end of the timing, click any button to exit the timing mode.
Note:
- Do not move Microbalance mid-use to avoid incorrect weight measurement.
