12 Month Warranty
Tong Yang offers a 12-month warranty on its cooling fan products. Tong Yang pledges to offer our customers the best quality products and warranty its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed, under normal use and service. However, if Tong Yang product does not comply with the foregoing warranty, the product will be replaced free of charge, under Tong Yang’s reasonable determination as remedy. Please report any defect with detailed descriptions and photos immediately, or no later than one month after receiving the products.
This warranty applies only to the products which have been installed in accordance with industry standards by certified technicians. Your remedy shall be replacement of the product that did not comply with this limited warranty. This warranty does not include any extra costs involved in installation or replacement and is voided by incidental or consequential damages, improper installation, or non-recommended use.
