- Printing Guide:
- The Pencil Case STAU764 is designed to be customized with various printing methods. Follow the recommendations below for best results:
- Screen Print: Recommended methods include Discharge Transfer (DTF), Flock, Flex, Screen Transfer, etc.
- Direct Garment (DTG) Printing: 80% recycled cotton is highly suitable for DTG printing. Ensure to follow manufacturers’ recommendations for printing and curing settings.
- Embroidery: Direct embroidery, stitched patches, and loop labels are suitable for customization.
- Additional Information:
- The printing surface of the pencil case is 100% cotton, while the 20% polyester from the composition is on the inside of the fabric.
- When using water-based or plastisol inks with a polyester content, a slight colour migration may occur.
- To prevent this, a blocking layer is highly recommended. Results may vary based on colours, so testing before production is advised.
