Product Usage Instructions
Quick Start Guide:
- Connect the USB cable to a USB port for charging.
- Format the micro SD card to FAT32 if needed and insert it into the camera.
- Perform a reset by holding down the Mode button for 5 seconds if necessary.
Setting up Camera WiFi Mode:
- Connect to a non-5G WiFi network at home.
- Open the JXLCAM APP and click on the + icon.
- Select AP add camera and connect to the site WiFi by entering the password.
- Follow the specific steps based on your phone type (Android or iPhone) to complete the connection.
- Wait for the camera to be networked successfully.
- Customize the camera name and view the camera preview page on the homepage.
Hotspot Mode Settings:
Even without Wi-Fi, you can connect your smartphone directly to the camera
within close range.
- Connect to a non-5G WiFi network at home.
- Open the JXLCAM APP and click on AP to establish a connection.

What should I do if the camera is not charging?
Make sure the red LED light is on during charging and turns off when fully charged. Try using a different USB port or cable for charging. -
How can I troubleshoot if the camera is not connecting to the WiFi network?
Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz network, have downloaded the JXLCAM APP, and are within close proximity to the camera and router. If issues persist, reset the camera and try connecting again.

Two installation methods
- You can place your camera to magnet on any surface with iron material.
- You can mount it on the desktop or wall with bracket
Before start up
Connect the standard USB end of the cable to any USB port worldwide.

Insert into a USB port on a computer,laptop,some wall outlets,as well as cars.
Camera show red led light to indicate the charging status.When red led light is light off, the camera is full and finished charging.(1-1) -
Format your micro SD card if it is needed.
The format of micro SD card need be FAT32. -
Insert micro SD card.
Micro SD card slot is around the camera USB port. Camera will not work without micro SD card.Please make sure micro SD card is installed before starting to use.(1-2) -
Reset
- Please note that the occasional RESET may be required in case camera has malfunction.
- To RESET, hold down the Mode button for 5 seconds and then release.
Before setting up, you need to know:
- Make sure you are using a 2.4GHz wireless network and not 5GHz.
- Make sure your phone has downloaded the “JXLCAM” APP.
- Make sure your camera and wifi router are not far away from you.
- Make sure that the mobile phone is close to the camera during configuration.

Camera WiFi mode setting
Note: Please bring your own non-5G WIFI
- Connect to the non-5G WiFi at home
- Open the APP “JXLCAM” and Click “+”
- Select AP add camera
- Select and connect to the site WiFi, enter the password, the next step
- Click on the “…” on the right
Connecting on Android
The Android phone will jump directly to the “WLAN” interface, directly click
on the product hotspot WIFI “BCCQ……”, and then return to the APP”JXLCAM”
iPhone needs to be divided into two steps:

Click “Settings” in the upper left corner to find the WIFI setting interface

In “WLAN”, click the product hotspot WIFI “BCCQ……”, and then return to the APP”JXLCAM”
- After returning to the APP, click “APP Camera”
- Waiting for the camera to be networked
If you stay on this page for more than five minutes, please check whether the
router and WiFi password are configured correctly (the device does not support
5G WiFi).After confirming that it is correct, you can press and hold the MODE
button for about 5 seconds until the device indicator flashes quickly, restore
the factory settings, and then Re-distribute the network.

Hotspot mode settings
Even if there is no Wi-Fi Internet environment, it can be used at close range through the Wi-Fi connection of the smart phone and the camera itself. (Up to 32 feet without shelter, depending on the environment)

Open APP “JXLCAM”, click “AP” in the upper left corner
STORAGE CARD

lf you need to store the videocontent,you need to install a TF card, please be sure to install the memory card when the device is turned off;

The device supports a memory card with a maximum capacity of UBG.
When the TF card is installed and the mobile phone is disconnected, the device will automatically start recording, and the video will be automatically packaged in sections. When the capacity of the TF card is insufficient, the oldest video will be automatically deleted, and the recording will be looped; the TF card recording file will automatically be recorded according to the year, month and day. Time to save hierarchically. -
When the mobile APP is connected to the device, it will automatically exit the recording.
Note:
- If the TF card is abnormal on the playback page, please check the status of the TF ca rd, power off and remove the ca rd and format it before reinstalling;
- TF card specification should be above C4 standard.
NOTE:
- When the device fails to configure the network, please check whether the router and WiFi password are configured correctly (the device does not support SG WiFi). After confirming that it is correct, you can press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds until the device indicator flashes quickly, restore the factory settings, and then Re-distribute the network.
- When the software homepage shows that the device isoffline, you can check whether the device is normally powered on, and click the refresh icon in the upper right corner to refresh.
- The device name and password can be customized. The initial password of the device is: ad min.
