The fuel consumption and C02 emission values were determined according to the newly introduced Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) and are also calculated back for comparison purposes according to the previous NEDC standard. The values determined according to WLTP apply to the assessment of taxes and, if applicable, other vehicle-related levies. All stated values are not part of the offer and may vary depending on driving style, loading, equipment, selected options and tyres.

- Air-pollution sensor.
- TX not only filters the air you breathe to prevent contaminants from entering the cabin, it monitors the quality of the air flowing to the interior vents and automatically closes the intake if high levels
  of pollution are detected, protecting you and your passengers from any harmful effects.
  Standard on all models.
Panoramic roof.
- The roof panel incorporates layers of thick, reinforced glass with a tinted security film between them. The film blocks 95% of emitted light energy from entering the cabin, creating a secure and pleasant environment for passengers to enjoy dramatic views of the skyline.
- Optional on Icon and Vista.
- Standard on Vista Comfort and Vista Comfort Plus.
Electrical accessory interface.
- The new TX has been designed to meet the requirements of modern passengers; the interface allows quick, simple and safe electrical installation of a wide range of aftermarket devices without damage to existing wiring harnesses.
- Standard on all models.
Swivel seat.
- Within the passenger compartment, the outer flip seat can rotate to a fixed position outside the passenger door. When used in conjunction with the wheelchair ramp, even passengers with severe mobility challenges are able to enter the vehicle without unnecessary hassle for them or for the driver.
- Standard on all models.
Wi-Fi capability.
- Passengers will be able to connect to the inbuilt Wi-Fi onboard TX. A dedicated USB socket, located in the driver compartment for optimum signal, will allow passengers to connect to the Wi-Fi.

Main beam assist.
- The bright, efficient LED headlights are fully automatic and feature electronic self-levelling, on/off control and a sensor that detects other vehicles and street lighting to switch between dipped and main beam automatically, so you’re assured of optimum visibility at all times.

The Plug-in Taxi Grant (PITG) applies to wheelchair accessible versions purchased for use by licensed taxi drivers.
Icon ‘Taxi’ OTR price shown includes optional Wheelchair Accessibility Pack at £840.00, required to qualify for the £6,000.00 PITG. **OTR price includes first registration fee, number plates and delivery.

Roadside.

LEVC have partnered with the RAC to give TX drivers access to their 1,500 patrols, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. So wherever you are in the UK, help is never far away. RAC Roadside Assistance is included free of charge for 12 months with every new TX.

Home charging.

The most convenient and cost-effective place to recharge TX is at home. LEVC can advise on a range of home charge solutions, please contact your local dealer and sales team for further details.

The new TX has been designed and rigorously tested to meet the demanding requirements of a purpose-built taxi. The drive battery is protected by a market-leading, five-year, unlimited mileage warranty, and every TX is also covered by a fully comprehensive whole vehicle warranty for three years, or 120,000 miles (whichever is sooner).
All non-wearing components, from motors to ball joints to bushes, are covered against manufacturing defects for the full duration of the warranty – which means no unforeseen repair costs and a hassle-free ownership experience.

RANGE AND EMISSIONS.

Class-leading efficiency.

The way fuel economy, emissions, and range is calculated is changing..
- A new standard for measuring emissions, energy consumption and range has been introduced for all vehicle manufacturers. The WLTP test (Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure) replaces the NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) that has been in use since 1992. The new standard has been put in place in an effort to produce figures more representative of real-world driving.
- The two sets of figures are simply different ways of measuring the economy and emissions of the same vehicle.
Can I expect to achieve the new economy figures?
- The test is designed to provide official figures closer to what drivers could achieve in the real world, but the main purpose is still to enable comparisons between different vehicles. Fuel and electricity consumption will vary during real-world driving due to the large number of variables involved; such as weather, traffic, equipment used, number of passengers on-board and so on, as well as driver behaviour. These new WLTP figures are shown in the Technical Specification. From April 2020, the new WLTP figures are used for tax purposes for all newly registered vehicles, and the old NEDC standard will be discontinued.
The new procedure changes the way lab tests are conducted, reflecting the improved capabilities of modern test facilities. A real-world testing element has also been introduced for the first time, measuring actual emissions from the tailpipe using portable equipment.
