Product Information
The HiPerFRED DSEP6-06AS is a high-performance recovery diode designed for low loss and soft recovery in a single diode configuration. It features planar passivated chips, a very low leakage current, a very short recovery time, improved thermal behavior, and very soft recovery behavior. The diode is avalanche voltage rated for reliable operation and offers soft reverse recovery for low EMI/RFI.
