Product Usage Instructions

Power On/Off:

  • Power on: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) for 3 seconds.
  • Power off: Press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds.

Music Playback:

  • Play/pause: Press the MFB once.
  • Previous/Next track: Long press the +/- button to play the previous or next track.
  • Volume Adjustment: Press the +/- button to increase or decrease the volume.

Call Functions:

  • Answer a call: Press the MFB once.

Active Noise Reduction (ANC):

Active Noise Reduction (ANC)
Adjust the volume of BNC100-LE to ensure it is at the correct level and not too high.

Attention:
ANC stands for “Active Noise Cancellation”, which aims to eliminate noise in the environment, allowing you to enjoy music without distractions during work, travel,l, and relaxation. It is most effective in reducing low-frequency noise such as airplane engine sounds or crowd noise (frequency range from 20Hz to 20KHz).

  • Transparent Mode is a feature of Bluetooth headphones that allows users to hear the surrounding environmental sounds while wearing the headphones.
  • It utilizes the built-in microphone of the headphones to transmit ambient sounds to the ears. For example, amplifying ambient sound, Transparent
  • Mode can amplify the surrounding sound, enabling users to hear conversations, traffic sounds, or other ambient sounds more clearly.

Headphone Charging

  • Step 1: Insert the provided USB-C charging cable into the charging port on the headphones.
  • Step 2: Plug the other end of the USB-C charging cable into the corresponding interface on a computer, TV, or power source.

During the charging process, the LED indicator will appear with a flashing white light, and the white light will progressively increase until all four white lights are constantly on, indicating that the battery is fully charged.

Note:
Before first use, please make sure to charge the headphones for at least 2 hours. The headphones cannot be used while charging.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. In Bluetooth mode, press and hold the MFB button for 3 seconds to turn on and enter pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash rapidly in green, indicating a successful pairing. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, search for and select “BNC100-LE” to connect. Once connected, your headphones will be successfully paired with your phone.
  2. To switch to ULL mode, press the MFB button twice. In ULL mode, the headphones will automatically enter pairing mode, and the LED indicator will flash rapidly in purple. Once connected, the purple LED indicator will remain lit.
  3. In BIS mode, if you want to connect the included dongle(if included), one dongle can connect multiple headphones.

Reconnection Function
The BNC100-LE headphones will automatically reconnect with the last paired phone, eliminating the need to pair them again every time. Just make sure your device (Bluetooth enabled) and BNC100-LE are both turned on and wait for 2 to 10 seconds.

Note:
If the automatic reconnection fails, please select “BNC100-LE” from the Bluetooth device list on your device.

Clearing the Pairing List
To clear the pairing list of the headphones, press and hold the MFB button for 10 seconds while the headphones are turned off. The purple LED light will illuminate for 1 second, indicating that the pairing list has been cleared.

Searching for Broadcast Stations (Auracast Mode)
Press the MFB button three times to enter Auracast mode, which automatically searches for broadcast stations. By default, the headphones will automatically reconnect when powered on (the blue LED light will flash rapidly during the station search and remain steady when connected).

Switching Modes
Press the MFB button twice to switch to Classic Bluetooth mode (green LED light), press the MFB button twice again to switch to ULL mode (purple LED light), and press the MFB button twice again to switch to Auracast mode (blue LED light).

Problems & Solutions

  • Problem: How to charge the headphones?

    • Solution: When the battery level is below 10%, the Bluetooth indicator light will flash red, and you will hear a “Battery low” prompt every five minutes.
      In this case, please charge the BNC100-LE. You can use the provided charging cable to connect the BNC100-LE to your USB charger (wall charger/travel charger, etc.) with at least 5V/1A output, or connect it to a USB port on your computer/TV. Most phone chargers available on the market can be used.
  • Problem: Headphones cannot connect to your mobile device.

    • Solution:
    • Check the status indicator lights.
    • Disconnect any auxiliary audio cables.
    • Disconnect the USB charging cable.
    • On your mobile device:
    1. Turn off the Bluetooth function, then re-enable it.
    2. Delete your BNC100-LE from the device’s Bluetooth list, then reconnect.
    • Keep your mobile device close to the headphones and away from any interference or obstacles.
    • Try connecting with another mobile device.
    • Clear the pairing list of the headphones, then reconnect.
  • Problem: The bluetooth connection is unstable.
    Solution:

    • Try using a different audio source.
    • Connect with another mobile device.
    • Disconnect the connection from the second device.
    • Keep your mobile device close to the headphones and away from any interference or obstacles.
  • Problem: No sound during calls.
    Solution:

    • Turn on the power of the headphones and charge them.
    • Check the status indicator lights.
    • Increase the volume on the headphones, mobile device, and audio source.
    • Keep your mobile device close to the headphones and away from any interference or obstacles.
    • Try using a different audio source.
    • Connect with another mobile device.
  • Problem: The headphone battery cannot be charged.
    Solution:

    • Ensure a secure connection at both ends of the USB-C charging cable.
    • Try using another charging source.
    • If the headphones have been exposed to high or low temperatures, let them return to room temperature before charging.

Instructions for Use

Safety Precautions:

  • Do not use headphones while engaging in outdoor activities such as running or cycling.
  • Ensure that the headband is properly adjusted to a comfortable position and avoid excessive pressure on the head.
  • The ear cups should completely cover the ears and be worn snugly but not too tightly on the head.
  • Remove the headphones promptly, turn off the active noise canceling function adjust the volume, or switch the headphones to transparency mode to ensure that you can hear surrounding sounds, including alarms and warning signals.

Volume Control and Hearing Protection:

  • Start with a low volume and gradually increase it to a comfortable listening level.
  • It is recommended to keep the volume below 60% of the maximum level during regular use.
  • Avoid listening to music at excessively high volumes, as prolonged exposure may lead to hearing loss.
  • Maintain the volume at a level where you can still hear external sounds and have conversations without the need for loud shouting, ensuring a comfortable listening experience. (Listening at high volumes that block out surrounding sounds can pose a danger to you or others.)
  • Avoid using the headphones continuously for long periods.

Take breaks of about an hour or so between sessions. Try not to use them continuously for more than 1-2 hours.

Maintenance and Storage

  • Regularly clean the headphones to remove dust, dirt, and stains. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the headphones, avoiding excessive moisture or harsh chemical cleaners. Ensure that the headphones are completely dry before use.
  • When not in use, store the headphones in a dry, clean, and tempera- ture-appropriate environment. Avoid placing them in a damp environment or exposing them directly to sunlight or high temperatures to prevent damage.
  • Avoid excessive pulling: When using the headphones, avoid pulling the audio cable too forcefully to prevent cable breakage or damage to the connectors.
  • Avoid strong impact: Prevent the headphones from experiencing strong impact or being dropped to avoid damage to internal components.
  • Battery maintenance: This headphone is equipped with a built-in battery.

Please follow the instructions in the manual for proper use and charging, and comply with the specified voltage and current range for charging.

Other considerations:

  • If the battery is depleted or improperly installed, audio input may not be heard. This can cause missed communication when driving an aircraft.
