PRODUCT STRUCTURE AND ACCESSORIES

CLEANING METHODS

  1. Daily Cleaning
Caution: Do not use extremely cold or hot water. Use room temperature or lukewarm wate Fill the cleaning tank with water, ensuring it’ s below MAX marking and above the area to be cleaned. Avoid exceeding the MAX line once items are added. Place the items to be cleaned inside the tank, ensuring they are fully submerged in the water and not overcrowded. The machine provides excellent cleaning performance. Enhance cleaning with optional cleaning tablets/solutions. Press the power switch once to start the cleaning cycle. The unit will automatically stop after 5 minutes. After the cleaning cycle, carefully remove the items from the tank and rinse them thoroughly under running water to remove any residue or cleaning solution.

  2. To effectively remove stains or stubborn buildups, follow these steps using the ultrasonic cleaner: Fill the tank with water as instructed in step 1. Add approximately half a teaspoon of ultrasonic cleaner to the water. Place the items to be cleaned inside the tank, ensuring they are fully immersed. Press the power switch once to start the cleaning cycle. The unit will automatically stop running after 10 minutes. If additional cleaning time is required, press the power switch once again.
Caution: Avoid running the cleaner continuously for more than 3 cycles to prevent overheating. Take breaks between cycles to allow the unit to cool down.

CLEANING METHODS

Optionally, use mouthwash liquid in the tank for a single cycle to remove any taste of chemicals if desired.

  1. Rinse the item thoroughly under running water to remove the cleaning solution.

To ensure strong cavitation

  1. Maintain water level bellow MAX line 2.
  2. Add cleaning crystal or tablet (or jewelry solution for jewelry).
  3. If using fresh tap water and cavitation is weak, try running multiple cycles, letting it sit for an hour, or using bottled water instead.

Note: Use suitable solution for effective cleaning. Typical cleaning time is 1-2 cycles. If an item remains uncleaned after 2 cleaning cycles, it suggests an unsuitable solution. Effective stain removal requires an appropriate solution, as water alone is ineffective. Inadequate solutions or tablets also yield slow stain removal. Jewelry contains lotions and human oils, which water struggles to separate. An appropriate solution delivers superior results.

OPERATION GUIDELINES

  1. For dentures and dental/sleep appliances, place them directly in the tank. Aligners or retainers can be placed on the strainer, which can be conveniently attached to the lid. This allows for easy retrieval of items without the need to dip fingers into the solution.
Plastic strainer absorbs 30% of ultrasonic energy, reducing friction but also cleaning efficiency. Avoid over tightening the lid to prevent it from getting stuck. For jewelry cleaning, it’s recommended to use a jewelry hanger.

  2. Fill the tank with water bellow “MAX-” line. For dentures, dental or sleep apnea appliances, use iSonic @Whiterm (#CSDW01) or AlignerCleanTm #CTAR01), depending on the item and cleaning requirements explained earlier. To clean jewelry, use iSonic @Jewelry / Eyewear Cleaning Solution Concentrate (#CSGJ01).
Do not run the unit without water in the tank to avoid damage. Add water below MAX line, as the control circuitry is sensitive to water level. The circuitry may require some time to adjust to the load.

  3. Plug the power adapter into an outlet. Connect the end to the DC socket. Tap the button once to activate the cleaning process. A “drip” sound will be heard, indicating that cleaning work is in progress. Note: You may hear a buzzing sound, which is normal.

  4. Start: Press the key once to initiate the cleaning process.
Stop: Press the switch once to halt the cleaning.

  5. After cleaning, disconnect the power supply, open the cover, remove the items, drain the water from the cleaning tank, and thoroughly dry both the cleaning tank and the body for future use. DIFINEY-48KHz-Professional-Ultrasonic-Cleaner- \(9\)

Caution: Allow the machine to take 15-minute breaks after continuous operation to prevent overheating. Taking breaks in between will help prevent overheating.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Do not operate the unit without water. Running the unit without water for more than 30 seconds may cause damage or significantly affect its lifespan.
  2. Avoid running the unit continuously or for an extended period. Do not operate the unit continuously for more than 30 minutes. After three consecutive cleaning cycles, the machine automatically enforces a mandatory 15-minute break to prevent overheating.
  3. A Use an appropriate solution for effective cleaning. The typical cleaning time is 1 or 2 cycles. If an item remains unclean after 2 cleaning cycles, it indicates that the solution used may not be suitable for the task. To effectively remove stains, it is essential to use a suitable and effective solution. Cleaning with water alone will not remove stains, and ineffective solutions or tablets will not provide quick stain removal.
  4. Avoid using corrosive solutions like liquid bleach in the tank. Highly purified or reverse osmosis water can aggressively corrode metals. Similarly, corrosive substances such as paint thinner or acetone should not be used as they corrode plastics.
  5. After cleaning, unplug the power cord and pour out the water from the left side, away from the DC sockets, On/Off key, and battery power switch. Avoid leaving the solution in the tank for an extended period.
  6. Do not operate or store the unit in a humid environment, such as a bathroom without an exhaust fan or a damp basement.
  7. Avoid spraying water over the housing and never submerge it in water or expose it to running water. Use a paper towel or cloth to wipe the tank and housing.
  8. To prevent the lid from getting stuck, avoid over tightening it. Properly align the threads before tightening, and it’s advisable to leave it unscrewed during use.
  9. Avoid prolonged exposure of the unit to direct sunlight. Keep it in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area.
  10. Keep the unit away from sources of electrical interference. When not in use for an 10 extended period, it is recommended to unplug the power cord.
