Product Usage Instructions

Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery cover.
  2. Connect the battery socket.
  3. Load the lithium battery into the device.
  4. The screen will display the battery power status.

Scanning Steps

  1. Press the designated button to start scanning.
  2. Enter the scanning interface to scan tags.
  3. Read and understand the options available such as language choice, scan mode, task creation, etc.
  4. Utilize the device to record tags accordingly.

Operation Menu Settings

  1. In the scanning interface, press a specific button to enter the operation menu interface.
  2. Select different functions like record, options, etc., using the designated buttons.
  3. Confirm selections by pressing the appropriate button.
  4. Use shortcuts for language switching by long-pressing a button and pressing another simultaneously.

Menu Guide

  1. RECORD: Enter the record menu, press  to check the records.
  2. OPTIONS:
  3. LANGUAGE: Operation language choice.
  4. SCAN MODE: TTF or BARCODE
  5. TASK: Create multiple tasks.
  6. RECORD OPTIONS: There are “YES” & “NO” two modes. Under “NO” mode, the same tag number will be recorded only once if it is multi-read. Under “YES” mode, the same tag number will be recorded many times if it is multi-read. The default mode is “NO”
  7. DATE and TIME: Set the current date and time.
  8. BEEP MODE: Default mode is “Open”.
  9. USB KEYBOARD: A USB-simulated keyboard will output the records in real time.
  10. POWER MODE: Shut down delay setting, the range is “1-20” minutes.
  11. CLEAR ALL RECORDS: Clear all the records in the reader.
  12. FIRMWARE UPDATE: Update the device software. If needed, please operate under the manufacturer’s guidance.
  13. DEVICE INFO: The device number (Bluetooth number) and device version number displayed are for the manufacturer’s maintenance
  14. SHUT DOWN: Shut down the device.

Press to start and enter the following interface, you can scan the tags under this status.

The reader will enter the following interface if no tags were scanned within 1 minute, press` ‘to scan again

The reader will display the tag information after you scan a tag, press  to scan the next tag

After entering the operation menu interface, press” to choose with Mark, press to confirm Press to go back to the previous interface Shortcuts of language switching: In the following interface, long press and press in the meantime, to switch the language rapidly
