Choosing Your Slice Thickness
Notice the different widths of the slicing guide fingers. Our slicing guide
fingers come in two widths: narrow (3/8″) and wide (l/2″).
For 3/8″ slices, align your knife with the narrow fingers.
For l/2″ slices, align your knife with the wide fingers.
For 3/4″ slices, use every other narrow finger.
For J.’.’. slices, use every other wide finger.
You can conveniently slice up to 10 slices at once.
Maintaining Your Slicer:
Clean with soap before the first use.
Handwash the guide and avoid long soaking periods.
After washing, dry thoroughly and store in a dry place to prevent mold.
Apply food-grade mineral oil or beeswax every few weeks to keep your slicer in
top condition.
If stained, mixture of lemon juice and baking soda can be used for cleaning.

Maintain a vertical knife blade position and aim for your desired cutting
slot. Avoid knife contact with the upright finger to prevent shredding and

movement.
