(G) Wrench Tool x 1
(1) Install the four metal swivel casters(D) into the carbon steel frame (A).
(2) Tighten all the screws to a moderately snug state, and then proceed to tighten all the screws after confirming that there are no issues in any position.
(3) Installation completed.
