Haier Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd. (Haier) hereby offers the following
extended warranty to the original domestic purchaser of Haier’s Air
Conditioner commencing from the date of purchase of product by the customer.
Haier shall get the product repaired in case it has a manufacturing defect
related to product or in its working.
The Company shall have sole discretion in determining the cause of defect in
this regard.
The product shall have 5 Years Extended Warranty** (01 Year Standard + 04 Year
extended) on Inverter/Fixed Speed Air-conditioner (Irrespective of the star
rating) including all functional parts & Gas charging. However,
Plastic/Aesthetic Parts are not covered. The duration of purchase is from 1st
March 2024 to 15th July 2024 for Individual/retail customers only and subject
to below special conditions are fulfilled at the time of AC installation at
Customer Site.
(Special Condition Unit must be installed by Haier or its Authorized Service
Centres & not through third party.
Standard Installation Charges are Rs 1500 + GST on Inverter Split & Fixed
Speed Split AC and Rs. 600+ GST for Window AC. Customer shall register for
installation request with Haier at registered number 85530-49999 WhatsApp or
toll-free numbers 1800-419-9999 Toll free-24×7, 1800-102-9999 Toll free-24×7.
However, customer is eligible for installation promotional offer, if any, at
the time of billing.
Additional cost for accessories ODU Stand, Cover, Copper Pipe, Drain Pipe,
Electrical Wire, Vinyl Tape, Insulation Foam etc. to be paid by the customer
over &above installation charges.
Terms & Condition:
- This Special Warranty shall only be applicable in case of purchases made through the Authorised dealer of Haier.
- Company shall not be held liable for any delay in servicing due to reasons beyond the control of the company or any of its authorized service centres.
- Customers must avail 2 Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) per year at applicable PMS rates in force from 2nd year onwards for proper functioning of the machine & enjoy the benefits of special warranty. Visit charges to be paid by the customer as applicable.
- The Company shall have discretion to take call whether to repair/replace parts at the site of installation or at the Authorized Service Centre of the Company. The special warranty shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability or damages.
- The special warranty shall not be in any case extended towards any monetary compensation whatsoever or replacement or return of the product.
- Service/ Labour/ Visits charges are applicable after 1-year standard/ comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase.
- The special warranty shall not be valid in case of the following events
- If defects/damages raised have been caused by accidents, alteration, misuse, neglect, substitution of original components with spurious/non-genuine components, attacked by household pets, fire, flood, earthquake, lightning and/or any other act of God /natural calamities or shifted out of India.
- The company’s employees & its authorized representatives shall have no authority to vary the terms of this special warranty. For Compressor warranty – the customers are requested to refer to the original special warranty card provided along with user manual.
- Broken CU pipes through external (Tampered) or Physical damage/cause through natural calamity (Earthquake/Fire/riots/through animals (Monkeys) etc.), shall not covered under special warranty and if requires any repair shall be charged extra.
