Product Using Instruction

• Precautions for Use
  • Do not use in microwave oven and IH cooker.
  • Adult supervision is required if a child is using this product.
  • Be sure to explain all of the precautions before use.
  • Be extremely careful when using near children. Store out of reach of children.
  • Wash the product before using it for the first time.
  • The lid does not seal when closed. Turning the mug sideways will cause contents to spill, so do not fill the mug and then carry it in your bag, etc.
  • Do not use other than for keeping drinks hot/cold.
  • Do not use near fire.
  • Avoid using or storing the product in high temperatures, high humidity, direct sunlight or ultraviolet rays, or in wet locations.
  • Do not apply any vibration or shocking impact to the container.
  • Using sharp objects such as ice picks will damage the coating on the inner surface of the body. Do not use if the coating has peeled off. It will cause breakage, rusting, or reduced heat/cold retention.
  • Do not put it in the freezer.
  • Do not allow the hot kettle to come in contact with the mouth of the container.
  • Please be careful of the mischief of infants and children.
  • Do not place this product on an unstable surface. This may cause this product to topple and the contents to spill, causing burns or staining of nearby objects.
  • Never attempt to repair, disassemble or modify this product.
  • Do not leave drinks in this product for a long period. This may cause corrosion or deformation.
  • Discolouration or tainting may occur if drinks such as tea are left in this product for a long period.
  • Break large ice cubes into smaller pieces before placing them in this product. Scratching or leakage may occur if they are placed in whole.
  • The citrus peel contains strong essential oil which, in rare cases, may affect the surface of the lid. Please be careful not to leave attached for a long time.
  • Do not use it if you hear the sound of water coming from inside the vacuum double structure (vacuum layer).
  • Do not put in the following items: Miso soup/soup with salt content. The salt content can cause rust, rotting or deterioration.
  • Take care to avoid tipping when filling drinks or using the dripper.
  • Depending on the type of dripper you may not be able to set it well. In that case please do not use it.

  • Use a neutral dish detergent diluted with lukewarm water for cleaning.
  • Do not boil, soak, or use a dishwasher or dish dryer.
  • Do not leave the body in water.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach, thinners, cleansers, metal scrubbing brushes or chemical cloths on this product.
  • When not using for a long period, make sure to clean completely, dry and store in an area with less moisture.
  • Body (Exterior): Wash thoroughly, drain well, and immediately wipe off moisture with a dry cloth to dry thoroughly.
  • Body (Interior): Wash the lid with a soft sponge soaked in hot water with dish-neutral detergent, and then rinse thoroughly in clean water until no detergent remains.
  • Lid: Wash the lid with a soft sponge soaked in hot water with dish neutral detergent, and then rinse thoroughly in clean water until no detergent remains.
  • If red bumps resembling rust occur: This residue is formed by minerals such as iron in the water. Fill this product with a warm 10% vinegar solution and leave for around 30 minutes, then thoroughly wash the inside with a soft sponge brush, etc. Rinse thoroughly with clean water until no vinegar remains.
  • If a rough residue occurs: This residue is formed by minerals such as calcium in the water. Fill this product with a warm 10% citric acid solution and leave for around 3 hours with the lid off, then thoroughly wash the inside with a soft sponge, etc. Rinse thoroughly with clean water until no citric acid remains.
