WARNING

SUFFOCATION HAZARD Babies have suffocated:
- on pillows, comforters, and extra padding
- in gaps between a wrong-size mattress, or extra padding and product sides.
- NEVER add soft bedding or padding.
- Use ONLY mattress provided by manufacturer. Do not add an additional mattress to this bassinet.
- Always place baby on back to sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS and suffocation.
- If a sheet is used with the mattress, use only the one provided by the product manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the product mattress.
- Prevent possible strangulation or entanglement. Never use bassinet sheet unless it fits securely on bassinet mattress. NEVER use mattress without the bassinet sheet.
FALL HAZARD- To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to roll over, push up on hands and knees, pull up on sides (approx. 5 mths) or has reached 20lbs, whichever comes first.
STRANGULATION HAZARD – Strings can cause strangulation!
- Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
- Do not suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.
- Check this bassinet regularly before using t, and do not use it if any part is broken, torn, loose or missing or if there are any signs of damage. Do not substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer if replacement parts or addition al instructions are needed.
- Children can suffocate on soft bedding. Do not place pillows, comforters or soft mattresses in this bassinet.
- Do not use this bassinet if you cannot exactly follow the instructions that come with it.
- Do not place any cord, strap or similar item in or near this bassinet that could become wrapped around a child’s neck.
- Do not place this bassinet near a window or patio door where a child could reach the cord of a blind or curtain and be strangled.
- Never leave child unattended. Only use with one child at a time.
CAUTION –
- Always keep product away from hazards that may injure your child.
- Do not move product with child in it.
- Always place on a horizontal floor.
- NEVER use the product without the mattress that originally came with your product.
- To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
- Do not let other children play unattended near the product.
- Be aware of the risk of open fire and other source of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc., in the near vicinity of the product.
NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as a mattress cover not sold or intended for that purpose. they can cause suffocation. Discard all packing materials.

Assembly
To unfold: pull up on the frame and the legs will rotate out and lock into place.
Height adjust
WARNING
Always place the bassinet next to the bed or at the foot of the bed.
NEVER allow the bassinet legs to be located underneath an adult bed with the
bassinet over top of an adult bed.
3. To adjust height into one of the 7 height positions, squeeze buttons on
both sides of the bassinet as shown.
Raise or lower into the desired position.
NEVER adjust bassinet with child in it.
**** MAKE Sure to check that the height is adjusted to the same number on both sides of the bassinet frame as shown.
To fold bassinet
- LIFT rail opposite fold button
- SLIDE THEN SQUEEZE fold buttons
- LOWER rail to fold frame down and swing legs in
WARNING
BASSINET AND BEDSIDE SLEEPER MODES:
FALL HAZARD: To help prevent falls, do NOT use the product when infant:
- begins to push up on hands and knees OR
- begins to roll over OR
- begins to pull up on product sides (approximately 5 months) OR
- has reached 15 lb, whichever comes first
- Move your child to another sleeping product when your child reaches this stage.
BEDSIDE SLEEPER MODE:
ENTRAPMENT HAZARD: To prevent death from entrapment, bedside sleeper must
be properly secured to adult bed using the attachment system.
- There must be no more than ½ in. (13 mm) gap between the bedside sleeper and adult bed.
- Check tightness before each use by pulling bedside sleeper in a direction away from adult bed.
- If gap exceeds 1/2in (13mm), DO NOT use product. Do not fill gap with pillows blanks or other items that are suffocation hazards. Re-install and re-tighten straps per instructions and check again.
- To avoid death from the infant’s neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is next to the adult bed, the top rail must be no higher than the adult bed mattress.
- This bedside sleeper is designed for use only with adult beds that are between 18 and 25 in. (45.7 and 63.5 cm) from floor to top of adult mattress.
- Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of product. Never add such items to confine child in product.
- Always ensure that the product is properly and completely assembled prior to use.
- Product shall not be used without the mattress provided.
- DO NOT use a water mattress with this product.
- For indoor use only.
ALL MODES:
STRANGULATION HAZARD: Children have STRANGLED when straps become wrapped
around their neck.
- ALWAYS unclip and keep straps away from children when using in bassinet and crib modes to avoid loose hanging straps.
- Strings can cause strangulation! Never place items with a string around child’s neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
- Never suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.
- Never place near a window or door where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child.
- Always completely raise the drop side when not attached to the adult bed.
- If a sheet is used with the mattress, only use one specifically designed to fit this mattress. Do not use a sheet designed to fit a full-size crib.
- Prevent possible strangulation or entanglement. Never use bassinet sheet unless it fits securely on bassinet mattress.
- NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold and intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation.
- Ensure height adjustment on each side is set to the same position. The mattress MUST NOT be inclined.
- Possible entanglement or strangulation injury. Remove canopy when baby begins to push up on hands and knees. Recommended use from birth to 5 months.
- Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of product. Never add such items to confine child in product.
- When child is able to pull to standing position, ensure product is in crib mode and remove bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
- Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child. When used for playing, never leave child unattended.
- Always ensure that the product is properly and completely assembled prior to use.
- Drop side rail must be installed and secured prior to use. Failure to install may result in child falling out of product.
- Product shall not be used without the mattress provided.
- DO NOT use a water mattress with this product.
- Do not move product with child inside.
- CHOKING HAZARD: Keep medication and small items that could choke a child away from the playard.
- Always place on a horizontal floor.
- Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the product.
- Young children should not be allowed to play unsupervised in the vicinity of this product.
- For indoor use only.
IMPORTANT
Always read and follow assembly instructions for each product use mode
(bedside sleeper, bassinet, and crib).
Always use ALL required parts for each use mode. Check instruction manual for
a list of required parts.

Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly.
Remove all packaging and fasteners before giving product to child.
Check product before assembly regularly before using it and do not use it if
any parts are loose or missing or if there are any signs of damage (broken
parts, torn mesh/fabric).
Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp
edges before assembly and periodically during use.
DO NOT use if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken.
Contact Kids2 for replacement parts and instructions if needed. Never
substitute parts.
Bedside Sleeper Mode
This bedside sleeper is designed for use only with adult beds that are between
18 and 24.5 in.
(45.7 and 62.2 cm) from floor to top of adult mattress.
WARNING: To avoid death from the infant’s neck being caught on the top
rail on the side that is next to the adult bed, the top rail must be no higher
than the adult bed mattress.
Crib Mode
Cleaning and maintenance
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Bassinet Frame: Clean plastic and metal surfaces with a soft damp cloth.
DO NOT BLEACH. Air dry. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
WARNING
NEVER use the mattress without the sheets that originally came with the
product. NEVER use any sheet that did not originally come with this product.
Mattress and sheets : Refer to care tag on product as shown for care
instructions.
MATTRESS
Hand rinse cold ( in tub or shower), CARE INSTRUCTIONS: mild detergent, shake
then air or fan dry, avoid heat or direct sun.
Spot clean as needed.
SHEET
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not bleach.
Line dry. Do not iron.
