BEFORE YOU START
- BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION, SHUT THE LINE FEED POWER OFF USING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER.
- Instructions on the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. Installation must be done according to local electrical codes. Installation should be done by a certified electrician.
- This class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-005. This digital apparatus does not exceed the Class B limits for radio-noise emissions from digital apparatus as set out in the Radio Interference Regulations of the Canadian Department of Communications.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Ensure that the power from the transformer is turned off.
- Run the wire through the middle of the ground stake and attach the fixture to the ground stake by turning it until it is fully inserted.
- Connect the fixture.
- With your foot, insert the stake into the ground.
- Turn the power back on.
Concrete or deck installation
Use the mounting bracket DCP-ACC-MB (sold separately) to install the fixture on concrete or wood.

- Download the Dais Connect app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and register for a new account if this is your first time.
- The app requires a valid email address since it will need a verification code for you to log in.
- Configure your profile and set your home inside the app. This will allow you to control light groups and create advanced automation based on your location.
- In the Dais Connect app, press on the “+” sign in the upper right corner and select “Add Device”. If your product supports bluetooth pairing, it will show up right away at the top under “Add Device”.
- If you have an older Wi-Fi product. select the product from the list and follow the instructions from the app.
- In this next step, your light will be added to the app. If you are connecting multiple products at once, they will be added in a batch. From here you can either click “Done” at the bottom or click on the “pen” to rename the light.
- Optional/Optional Rename your light and add it to one of your rooms.
- Control your lights! Now that a group has been assigned, use your remote to control your lights.
