Put the blanket in a duvet cover and try which side of the blanket feels best against the body. Start by using the blanket for a short time to get used to it and increase the use gradually.

The blanket is available in junior and adult sizes and in different weights. The blanket has two different sides, a chain side (1) and a padded side (2). The padded side against the body gives an even and soft pressure while the chain side gives more tactile pressure. The chain side has a fabric with crescents to make it easier to separate the sides.
