How to use

How to clean

Use regular detergent and clean with a soft sponge.
Don’t use wire sponge or steel wool as it may scratch the surface. Do not use Chlorine-based bleaches.
The material itself doesn’t rust. If rust is found, you can add vinegar to warm water and soak the bottle for 30 minutes, then clean it with a soft sponge.
Keep it dry when the product is not in use.

To disassemble the lid for cleaning The lid contains two parts, hold the outer ring with one hand, hold the inner ring with the other hand to turn counter-clockwise, until disassembled.
To assemble the lid after cleaning Place the inner ring inside of the outer ring, turn clockwise, until the arrow symbol on the outer ring is inline with the triangle symbol on the inner ring.
To assemble the shoulder strap
Open the flap on each end of the handle, align the buckles with the metal bar, and push until attached.
To disassemble the shoulder strap
Push the buckle until it detaches from the metal bar.

Caution

Keep away from infants and toddlers when filled with hot liquids.

Please make sure the silicone ring is placed correctly back on after cleaning.
Please don’t drop it or crash it with force, as it may damage the insulation properties.
Please don’t place it in high-temperature environment, as it may damage the shape, color, and cause the coating to peel off.
Do not use it for dry ice or carbonated beverages in the product. The air pressure inside the product may increase, causing the lid to become stuck, or the parts to be damaged.
Do not store milk, dairy products or fruit juice in the product. The contents may spoil and cause the lid to become stuck or damaged.
Do not contain acidic liquids, as it may damage the insulation property.
If the liquid/solid contains salt, please empty the bottle within 12h and clean thoroughly.
Do not overfill and drink slowly when the product contains a hot beverage.
Do not tilt the product abruptly.

Warranty
1-year after receiving the product.
This warranty does not apply to:

Non-quality related issues.
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Purchases without valid proof of purchase.
Items that have been refunded.
Items that have expired their warranty period.
Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
