About the Humidifier Base
This humidifier base uses ultrasonic atomization membrane vibration, which
breaks liquid water into a fine vapour mist and outputs it through the
mist/air channel. The water tank is only a storage device to hold water until
vaporized. Water flows from the tank to the “sink area” at the top of the
humidifier’s base where the atomizer membrane is. As the liquid water is
vaporized, it is pumped up the mist/air channel in the centre of the tank, and
out the outlet nozzle cap in the tank lid. The bottom of the clear plastic
water tank (between the tank and base) will accumulate moisture; this is
normal and not any reason for concern.
Adjustments to the Mist
While using, if there are water droplets found around the machine and/or the
local area of operation, the room’s humidity is too high; please lower the
mist setting or discontinue use.

Using Your Smart Humidifier
-
Ensure the power cord is unplugged from the outlet receptacle.
-
Add water to the tank and put it securely on the humidifier base. Please note, the water tank easily fits on the humidifier base one way – do not attempt to force it to fit the wrong way!
-
While tap water will work, impurities and minerals in tap water will necessitate more frequent cleaning of your humidifier. For this reason, we recommend using Distilled or Purified Water. You may add water directly through the ventilated water tank lid or remove the lid and pour directly into the tank.
Do Not pour or splash water into the mist /air outlet channel in the centre of the tank! -
Do not exceed the “maximum water level” when adding water.
-
Note: In operation, if the water tank runs too low, the humidifier will automatically cut off the power and stop working. The low water level icon will illuminate. Please turn off the power button first, unplug the power cord from the receptacle outlet, and add more water to the tank to resume normal operation.
-
Once the water tank is filled and securely placed onto the humidifier base, plug the power cord into a receptacle outlet. The unit will beep once and enter standby mode.
-
Press the Power On Button and the humidifier should begin to work. Adjust the amount of mist to the desired level (1 =low to 3-high} with the Mist+ and Mist -buttons.
-
The mist nozzle cap (installed above) has single and dual output modes. When the two mist outlets are aligned, it provides a single output, and when they are not aligned, it is a dual output. You can adjust the direction of misting 360 degrees.
-
The specific operation of the touch screen and the icon indication are shown in the “Introduction to Buttons and Icons” section of this manual.
-
If you wish to add aromatherapy scents, press the air inlet/aromatherapy box cover lightly to eject the box and tray. Add a few drops of aromatherapy to the sponge pad, and then press to close the aromatherapy box.
Note: it only takes a few drops of scent to work – be careful how much you put in. Start small and work up if needed.
Introduction to Buttons and Icons
Note : The screen displays the current room humidity by default When setting other functions, the screen will display accordingly. After completing the settings, the screen returns to humidity display.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Unplug your humidifier from the outlet receptacle before cleaning.
- Your humidifier has very few user-serviceable areas and parts. Keeping the water tank and the base sink area clean will be much easier if you use the recommended Distilled or Purified water, instead of plain tap water.
- Do not use any abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads! Soaking parts in White Vinegar will loosen mineral deposits and brushing with the supplied cleaning brush or an old toothbrush should be enough to remove deposits. White Vinegar is also an antiseptic agent and will help keep your humidifier germ-free.
- Water flow from the water tank to the humidifier base sink area is controlled by the water level float sensor in the base contacting the spring valve at the bottom of the water tank. When the water level in the base is low, the float sensor lowers which opens the spring value to allow water from the tank to refill the base sink. This spring valve has a soft rubber gasket which should checked occasionally, or if water overflows the base. Debris or mineral deposits might cause this gasket not to seal properly. It is easy to remove, clean, and re-install.
Regular Cleaning
- Step 1: Remove the water filter by pulling it straight up without twisting.
- Step 2: Remove the spring valve silicone gasket by pulling (do not twist or bend) on the valve stem from the underside of the water tank. The silicone gasket snaps on/off the stem with a spring.
- Step 3: Clean the water filter area, where the gasket seats, and all removed parts.
- Step 3: Re-install remove and clean parts. The gasket fits over the valve stem with the concave side up. Push the cleaned water filter assembly back into place without twisting.
Routine Cleaning
After prolonged use, calcium and magnesium ions precipitate out of the water
to form a scale, which will affect the humidifier’s effectiveness.
Additionally, the air inlet filter may become clogged with dust or pet hair,
also reducing efficiency. Unplug the humidifier from any power outlet
receptacle before cleaning.
- Clean the atomizer and sink area of the humidifier base, water tank, filter, mist channel, and aroma box/air inlet sponges.
- Replace any stale water in the tank and top of the base with fresh clean water (distilled or purified recommended) and keep the inside of the humidifier’s surfaces clean.
- When not in use for a long time, please unplug the power cord, empty all water, clean and dry the parts, and store them in the original box in a cool place.
Cleaning humidifier base sink
- Add about 4 ounces of White Vinegar to the sink area of the humidifier base (increase or decrease as appropriate, depending on the degree of limescale) and soak for 2-5 minutes.
- Gently brush to remove scale, then rinse well with clean water.
Cleaning the aroma box and air filter
- Take out the aromatherapy sponge and air filter, wash and dry them.
- Clean and dry the aroma box with a damp cloth, put the sponge and filter back in place, and return the aroma box. After cleaning, please check if all parts are in place before using it again.
Cleaning water tank
- Remove the water tank from the humidifier base and remove the purification unit. Add a small amount of White Vinegar or common dish detergent (5-10 drops), then add water to about 1/4 tank capacity, soak for 5-10 minutes, and brush clean. Rinse thoroughly

Water leaks from my humidifier.
- Make sure the silicone spring valve gasket around the valve stem is secure with no debris or rips preventing a good seal.
- Make sure the silicone gasket is installed correctly with the concave side facing up.
- Ensure the foam shipping block between the water tank and humidifier base is removed.
- Avoid running the humidifier in a room with over 60% relative humidity.
- Wipe any excess water, and attempt to see exactly where the water is coming from.
- Do not shake the humidifier.
- Make sure to place the humidifier on a flat, level surface.
- Check the water tank for cracks or leaks. If there are leaks, contact Customer Support
