[COUNT]: to count the bills
[ADD]: to count the bills in adding Press BAT, when the BAT indicator
lights on, the machine is into batch counting mode. Batch number by pressing
0/1 /2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9 Press FUNC to choose UV MG IR
[CLEAR]: to clear the batch set
[Reset] to zero and restart

Please load bills in the machine same as the following steps.

The way to adjust the up / down screw
Due to long transportation and long use, the screw might be loose. When counting is not accurate, it is necessary to turn the up/down screw clockwise to increase the friction
The way to change the wear and tear parts
When the rubber tongue is worn out, please flip it and use the another side
Troubleshooting
Warning: Before cleaning, turn the power switch off and disconnect the power cord from the machine
No power| The power Ii ne cord is connected well?|

The hopper sensor is dirty, please clean by brush

Connect the Hopper sensor line well to the main board!

The belt is too loose or too tight, adjust the belt.

Turn the screw clockwise to increase the friction

worn out, please replace

Adjust the MG sensor

Cleaning the machine
Note: when counting and detecting is not accurate, please check the machine as following :

Cleaning the Optical Sensors
It is very important to clean all the sensors in the machine with a soft brush to avoid any paper particles or dust from sticking to the light transmitter or the light-receiver sensors.
If necessary, the glass surfaces of the detectors may also be wiped with a soft cloth soaked with alcohol. -
Cleaning the Inside of the machine periodically
It may be necessary to clean the inside of the machine once occasionally, unplug the machine and lift the top cover to gain access to the interior. -
Additional Recommendations
Avoid operating the machine in a dusty or dirty room. To guard the machine from the elements. Always keep it protected with the supplied plastic cover (when not in use)
CAUTION: DO NOT CHANGE THE POSITION OF THE DETECTORS OR OPTICAL SENSORS
Maintenance Notice
- The machine must be safely connected with the power source.
- The machine must be kept in dry and ventilated place to avoid strong sunlight.
- The machine must be kept far away from the strong magnetic field and the interference of Hertzian waves
- The effective power must be in the scope of 220V±10%, otherwise it will affect the normal work.
- The fuse rating is 2AJ250V, it can not be increased or reduced.
- 80% of all the operational problems may be caused by the dust and dirt inside the machine, pleas-e keep the machine clean all time
