How to install Shoulder pulley for exercise.
- By using the hook installed in the home ceiling
Draw the location points. Drill holes in the concrete with a 6 mm drill for the depth of 7 cm.
Unscrew the plastic dowel and push it into the concrete until it stops
Place the platform and screw the metal screws into plastic dowels until it stops
- Majority of people have unused ceiling hook at home ,balcony , other area for fan hanging, for swing jula etc. and if not available it is adviced to install one as described in above image.
- Use hook given in shoulder pulley to attach pulley with ceiling hook.
- Above images are for description purpose.
Use door as anchor point
- when outside on travel, or when ceiling hook not available and affixing ceiling hook not possible customer can use door anchor.
- Free door anchor is given along with product.
- Use door anchor as described below.

Place “plugged’end over top of the door though highed side of the door(depending on the exercise) and close the door tightly

Pull on strap to ensure that it is secure before strating each exercise
