HEISR HS-X1 3-Sided Wraparound Sonic Whitening Electric

Important Safeguards

When using this toothbrush for the first time, your gums may bleed slightly. This is due to the appliance’s ability to better clean up the hard-to-reach spots by simultaneously brushing all three sides of your teeth. In general, bleeding should stop after a few days. Should it persist after 2 weeks, stop using it and consult your dentist or dental hygienist.

Warning

1. Keep away from water when charging with the charging base. Do not place the appliance near any container that holds water. Do not immerse the charger in water or any other liquid when connected to the charging cable. Make sure the charger is completely dry before you connect it to the wall socket.
2. This appliance complies with the safety standards for electromagnetic devices. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, contact your physician or the device manufacturer of the implanted device prior to use.
3. The HEISR 3-sided wraparound electric toothbrush has only been designed for cleaning teeth and gums. Do not use it for any other purpose. Stop using the appliance and contact your doctor if you feel any discomfort or pain.
4. Do not charge the device in a place of exposure to high temperatures.
5. The original magnetic charging cable cannot be replaced with a random one. In case of a broken cable, have it replaced with an original one. Always use the original cable to avoid a hazard.
6. ln case of any damage (lo the brush head, the handle, the charging cable, or the base), stop using it. This appliance contains no serviceable parts. If the appliance is damaged, contact the Consumer Care Center in your country.
7. Keep out of the reach of children under 8 years old. Children shall not play with the appliance.
8. The handle contains a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not throw it into a fire or expose it to direct sunlight. Doing so may cause leakage, overheating, or an explosion in the battery.
9. Power must be off before removing the battery. Users should not attempt to replace the battery independently. Battery replacement must be performed by a trained technician. The battery must be removed before the product is disposed of.

Caution

1. Do not clean the brush head, the handle, the charging cable, or the base in a dishwasher.
2. Consult your dentist if you have had oral or gum surgery in the previous 2 months; you have severe periodontitis; you are undergoing dental treatment; you are concerned about any discomfort in your mouth.
3. The HEISR toothbrush is a personal device. The brush head is not intended for use on multiple people.
4. Stop using a brush head with crushed or bent bristles. Replace the brush head every 3 months or sooner if signs of wear appear. Do not use other brush heads than the ones recommended by the manufacturer.
5. Do not drop the product or subject it to impacts.
6. Avoid using the product in a shower, bath, or hot spring.
7. Do not clean the product with paint thinner, benzene, alcohol, or other chemicals.
8. You may experience a tickling irritation during the first few days because your gums and tongue aren’t accustomed to the high-frequency vibration of the brush head. Generally, this condition will disappear after several consecutive days of use.
9. The brush head has a built-in elastic mechanism. Do not pull it too hard, or it can be damaged.
10. Electromagnetic fields: This HEISR appliance complies with all applicable standards and regulations regarding exposure to electromagnetic fields.

Brush Heads

The HEISR 3-sided wraparound electric toothbrush comes with two brush heads. Aiming to accommodate all the possible needs for oral care, the brush heads are designed to wrap fully around your teeth and rotate 180° when you move the toothbrush along your gumline. To deliver superior dental cleaning results, the brush head is wrapped in silicone rubber to prevent ii from jarring your teeth and to effectively reduce the impact of vibration on the inner lining of your mouth.

Brushing Modes

Your HEISR 3-sided wraparound electric toothbrush is equipped with 3 brushing modes and 3 intensities. That is 9 combinations in total to cater to the requirements of various users and to bring out the best result for teeth cleaning. Press the power on/off button to turn on the HEISR electric toothbrush. You will see one of the Intensity lights turned on, indicating this is low intensity. Press the power button again within 2 seconds, and you can switch the appliance in turn to medium and high intensity. Note that with another tap, the device will be back to low intensity, and you can always change the intensity by tapping within 2 seconds. Two of the intensity lights will be on for medium, and three for high. Press the power button again 2 seconds later or hold it for 1.5 seconds and the device will be turned off. The intensity light is demonstrated In Picture 2 below.

Below the power button is the button for modes. Your HEISR toothbrush comes with 3 modes—<: lean mode, white mode, and massage mode. Note that you can only change modes when the device is turned on. Tap the mode button to switch among modes. Once a combination is selected, it will be saved automatically for future use. If you want to change it, repeat the aforementioned procedure to rearrange the mode and intensity.

Using your HEISR 3-Sided Wraparound Electric Toothbrush

Rotate the brush head 90° to one side and apply a small amount of toothpaste to the middle of the bristles. Once this done, rotate the brush head to its original angle.

Brushing instructions

1. Press the brush head down onto the metal shaft with the bristles facing the front of the handle. When this is done, a gap of 0.5 mm should exist between the brush head and the top of the handle.See picture 4.
2. Wei the bristles.
3. Apply toothpaste on the bristles and brush your teeth.

How to brush your teeth with HEISR toothbrush

• Step 1: Face the brush head downwards so it fully wraps around your lower incisors, as shown in Picture 5. Select a combination of mode and intensity to suit your needs.
• Step 2: Pause for 2-3 seconds at the incisors. Then glide the toothbrush alongside your gum till the deepest point. Repeat this step 2-3 times. See Picture 6.
• Step 3: Rotate the handle 180 degrees so the brush head can fully wrap the upper incisors. Repeat Step 2. This done, bring out the toothbrush and turn off the device. A complete procedure lakes 1-2 minutes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Brush head:

After each use, rotate the brush head 90 degrees to one side and rinse it under running water. You can clean the brush head with the power turned on for better effect. See Picture 7.

Toothbrush handle:

Rinse the handle and dry ii. Keep the toothbrush in a stable position to prevent ii from tumbling or falling, and make sure to store it in a dry place.

Charging base:

Unplug the charging base before you clean ii. Remove the base cover and wipe out the dust and stains on the base and the cover with a wrung-out cloth. Only use the charging base when it’s completely dry. Do not rinse the charging base.

Brush head replacement:

It is suggested by dentists that the brush head should be replaced every 2-3 months for better teeth cleaning results.

Battery status and charging

HEISR toothbrush comes prEH:harged for first use. After first use,charge for at least 8 hours. To charge this appliance, plug the metal probe on the magnetic head into the magnetic position of the base. The other end of the charging cable should be connected to a USB charging adapter that is in accordance with industry standards for charging. When the battery level indicator is flashing red, ii means the battery is low on power. Charge the toothbrush as soon as possible so ii will always be ready lo use.

When the toothbrush is charging, the ambient light on the base will be turned on, and the breathing light on the handle will flash green. Once charged, the power indicator on the handle will glow green. When charged, make sure to remove the charging cable and store it in a safe place before using the toothbrush.

Environmental Protection

This HEISR toothbrush contains a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Do not discard it together with domestic waste, but hand ii in at a collection point for Recycling. Thank you for helping to preserve the environment.

Warranty and Support

Within one year of the date of purchase, any malfunction or damage in this product will be covered by our warranty support, as long as we can verify they occur under normal use. Terms of the warranty do not cover the following: brush heads; any damage or malfunction caused by uses, not in accordance with the instructions and cautions in the manual. The final interpretation right of this warranty belongs to HEISR.
