About Red Light Therapy
What is red light therapy?

Red Light at 660 Nanometers
This specific wavelength is absorbed in a higher proportion by the skin
tissue, making it especially effective for boosting skin health and increasing
collagen production.
Near Infrared Light at 850 Nanometers
This wavelength is actually outside the visible spectrum, so it may appear as
if the NIR lights are not working, but they are simply not visible to the
naked eye. Near-infrared light has a particularly strong ability to penetrate
deeper into the tissues, organs, and joints, making it ideal for enhancing
muscle recovery and reducing joint pain.
Effective red and near-infrared light therapy requires very specific wavelengths of light, specifically 660 nanometers for red light and 850 nanometers for near-infrared light. Over 3,000 published studies have shown that these two specific wavelengths have the greatest biological impact on the cells of the human body. Red light is best for superficial skin treatments, as it cannot penetrate as deeply as near-infrared light. Near-infrared light is best for treating deep tissues such as joints, muscles, and even the brain, due to its ability to penetrate deeper into the human body.
DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL
USING THE CONTROL PANEL (Suitable for all series of red light therapy)
- Place the protective eyeglasses over your eyes.
- Flip the red power switch on the back of the panel to the ON position. (Note: Some models may not have the red power switch.)
- Press the power button on the control panel to turn on the LED lights. The default treatment mode, Mode 1, will be activated, which combines Red Light and Near Infrared Light (660+850nm). The display window will show the default treatment time of 30 minutes as “30:00”.
- To change the treatment mode, first, press the power button on the control panel to turn off the LED lights. Then, press the “MODE” button to cycle through the available modes. The corresponding green light under Red/NIR will indicate the selected lighting mode. After selecting the desired mode, press the power button again to turn on the LED lights.
- To adjust the treatment time, first, press the power button to turn off the LED lights. Then, press the time (T) button to enter the time adjustment mode. The default working time is 30 minutes, and you can choose a time between 1 to 30 minutes in one-minute increments. The set working time will appear in the display window. Once you have set the desired time, press the power button to turn on the LED lights.
- To turn off the device, press the power button on the control panel to turn off the LED lights. Then, flip the power switch on the back of the light panel to the OFF position and unplug the power plug.
Note : Each series may have slightly different control panel layouts and buttons!
POSITIONING THE PANEL IN TWO WAYS
To position your BONTANNY panel, you have several options, including hanging
it from a standard-sized door or tilting the light panel towards the area you
intend to treat using the tilt arm located at the back of the panel.
USING THE PANEL’S TILT ARM (Applicable to all desktop series)
Place the BONTANNY panel on a flat and sturdy surface such as a floor, table,
or any other stable platform. Grasp the tilt arm located at the back of the
panel and pull it out until the panel is tilted to the desired angle.
VERTICAL HANGING INSTALLATION STEPS
- Four-foot pads are installed on the back of the infrared therapy lamp to ensure stability and cooling fan ventilation.
- Insert the two wire sling ring screws into the designated screw holes on the top of the BONTANY panel.
- If the height needs to be adjusted, pass the other end of the wire sling through the hook of the hanging rope and connect them.
- Secure the door hook to the top edge of a standard-size door.
- Hang the hanging rope hook in the designated slot of the door hook.
- Warm reminder: Before using the red treatment light, please ensure that the installation is stable and safe.

Before each use, always inspect the device and power cable for damage. Do not use it if damaged, malfunctioning, or if the device has been exposed to water.

The device will automatically power off after the set working time. Do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes. Wait at least 6 hours between therapy sessions in the same area.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY -
WARNING: Only use the included power cable at the specified voltage to power the

Always unplug the device after use and before cleaning, storing, or moving.

Do not store or use outdoors. Do not use it during lightning and thunderstorms.

In the event of a power failure, unplug the device immediately.

Turn off, unplug, and allow the device to cool down before cleaning or storing.

Replacement Of Defective Products

Transport Costs Are Calculated In Two Ways
- For the first 180 days, BONTANNY will be responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty requests.
- After 180 days, the buyer will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to BONTANNY It is important to retain the tracking information as proof of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover any problems caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, improper use, experimental use, or modifications. Additionally, the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product. -
