Cartridge Change Instructions:

Shut off water supply and open filter faucet to verify water is off (for undercounter models).
Unscrew Housings with the system’s Housing Wrench.
Remove old cartridges, clean/rinse system/housings, dry & lubricate O-rings with pure silicone.
Place SuperBlockTM in input Chamber #1, FluorSorb-MAXTM in Middle Chamber #2, and leave Chamber #3 empty for now.
Flush the first two cartridges for 5 minutes.
Place AntiRad-PlusTM in Output Chamber #3 and run the system for an additional 10 minutes.

Check for leaks. Water may be cloudy for approximately 1-2 weeks as the natural minerals adapt. To speed this process, run the system more often throughout the day in short bursts.
If storing the set for later, ensure no punctures or holes in the shrink-wrapping or place in Ziplock bags.

Q: How often should I change the cartridges?

A: Cartridges should typically be changed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations or when you notice a decrease in water flow or quality.

Q: Can I use other types of cartridges with this system?

A: It is recommended to use the specified cartridges (SuperBlockTM, FluorSorb- MAXTM, AntiRad-PlusTM) for optimal performance and filtration.

IMPORTANT! – The “This End Up” marking on the AntiRad-PlusTM cartridge only applies to undercounter systems, for countertop systems this end must be facing down.
CAUTION! For undercounter systems: Please ensure you have turned off the water supply at the cold-water line & opened the dedicated faucet (to release pressure) before servicing system. If you have our Leak-Stopper device installed, ensure to protect it from getting wet during this process.

Remove shrink wrap from new cartridges: Place SuperBlockTM in input Chamber #1 & FluorSorb-MAXTM in Middle Chamber #2, close Chamber #3 empty for now.
Flush the first two cartridges for 5 minutes.
Place AntiRad-PlusTM in Output Chamber #3 and run the system for 10 more min.
If you have our Gallon-Meter Installed: Reset it to 500 Gallons (see its manual)

Check for leaks. Water may be cloudy for apx. 1-2 weeks as the natural minerals adapt, this is a harmless & temporary effect.
