Be careful and follow safety guidelines in the manual when using the chopper.

BEFORE USING!
- Peel fruit or vegetable with thick skin (e.g. onion)
- Remove stems and trim ends
- Cut large fruit or vegetable into smaller pieces.
- Ensure that the diameter of the veggies is not wider than the cutting area.
- When dicing, place the soft and flat side down.
- Always wear the glove or use the finger guard when slicing.

CAUTION! THE BLADES ARE VERY SHARP!

- Never push food through the cutting blades with hands.

USING THE BLADES
Extra Large Dicer
For softer foods like tomatoes, potatoes, zucchinis, cucumber, avocado.
Warning: Do not use this for hard fruits or vegetables like beetroot and
sweet potatoes.
Large Dicer
For tomatoes, potatoes, zucchinis, cucumber, avocado.
Warning: Do not use this for hard fruits or vegetables like beetroot and
sweet potatoes.
Medium Dicer
For onions, carrots,potatoes, zucchinis,shallots, bell peppers.
Warning: Do not use this for hard fruits or vegetables like beetroot and
sweet potatoes.
Small Dicer
For ingredients such as chillis, shallots, garlic, mushrooms.
Warning: Do not use this for hard fruits or vegetables like beetroot and
sweet potatoes.
Blade not suitable for soft or mushy food like tomatoes.
Garnish Dicer
For cucumbers, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, kiwis, bananas.
Warning: Do not use this for hard fruits or vegetables like beetroot and
sweet potatoes.
Blade not suitable for eggs.

ABOUT CLEANING
CLEAN
- Always hold the blade from its sides (plastic edge).
- Use the cleaning scraper to remove any food residuals on the pusher insert.
- Clean the chopper with provided cleaning brush.
- Use baking soda or lemon juice to remove stains caused by beets & carrots.
- The black cleaning brush is used only for the back side of the blade.
