Q: How to store the spot welder?
A: Please store the spot welder after it is fully charged and recharge and discharge it every 2~3 months or so to keep the battery active.
Q: What about the tips for welding?
When conduct spot welding, please gently put the spot welding pen on the nickel piece, do not press the spot welding pen, and make two soldering needle welding point be closer. If the welding point is blackened, please adjust the gear to the lower level; in the case of the weld pool, please adjust the gear to the higher level. Before welding, you can try on the blade, stainless steel bowl, and other surfaces of larger iron stainless steel, and the welding would be much easier for welding the battery. After using the spot welding pen repeatedly for a while, the welding needle may be oxidated. If the welding performance declines, it is recommended to use 1,000 mesh sponge sandpaper gently polished or gently grind off the blackened part with a file.
