Preface
Please properly keep this manual that includes product features and detailed operation instructions, unpack the instrument and related accessories for inspection, and contact the supplier or manufacturer if an abnormality is found.
Check and confirmation
Check before use

a. OOBA (out of box audit): Open the packing box and check whether there is any abnormality about the instrument or any missing parts based on the packing list. If any abnormality is found, please contact the supplier or manufacturer in time.

b. Preparation for operation: Before the power is connected, please confirm that the machine is placed on a flat surface, there is no other sundries inside the centrifuge, and the centrifugal sample with a similar weight is placed symmetrically inside the rotor.

C. Placement of centrifugal rotor: Place the samples 1n the centrifuge tubes, respectively; in order to prevent the running samples from overflowing, the test tube volume should be<80% of the total capacity. In order to reduce the unbalanced vibration, the weight in each tube is required to be basically consistent.

d. When centrifuging only 1 or 2 tubes, please prepare 1 –2 other liquid (eg.water) tubes of the same quality in advance to ensure the stability of operation.

Operation instructions

- a. Set the time and speed as per the above picture
- b. The speed knob is pressed to start running, and there is an audible prompt
- c. Timing starts after the speed reaches the set valued. When the cover is opened during operation, the rotation will automatically stop and restore the original state when it is closed. e. the speed is reset to zero and there is alarm prompt after it runs to the set time.

Noisy/ Plastic falling off inside the machine/ Deflection of the machine
rotor| Problems with placement of centrifuge tubes| Explanation: As the
centrifuge is a triangular structure motor, if only one or two centrifuge
tubes are placed, the centrifuge will be very noisy during use, the plastic
inside the machine will fall off, and the machine will shake violently.
Therefore, it is recommended to place 3 or 6 tubes symmetrically in a six-hole
centrifuge and 4 or 8 tubes symmetrically in an eight-hole centrifuge. If you
don’t need to centrifuge so many solutions, you can put in an equal volume of
water or other liquids as a counterbalance.
Display shows “HOLD”| The lid is not tightly closed or the magnet on the lid
is not working.| If the magnets on the lid are not working, please contact us.
We replace the lid with a new one free of charge.
The power light is on but the screen does not display numbers.| Maybe the
motherboard burned out.| Please contact us and you with a solution.|

The machine stops by itself after a while.| Cause 1: The centrifuge tubes
are not placed symmetrically resulting in frictional resistance during
operation and the machine stops automatically.| Solution 1: It is recommended
to put 3 or 6 centrifuge tubes symmetrically in a six-well centrifuge; 4 or
8 centrifuge tubes symmetrically in an eight-well centrifuge. If you do not
need to centrifuge so many solutions, you can put in an equal volume of water
or other liquids in the centrifuge tubes to act as a counterbalance.
Reason 2: If the rotation stops on its own after a while, while the speed
parameter on the display shows 0, this may be due to a parameter error caused
by a key error.| Solution 2 : Just adjust the machine parameters. The
operating procedure is very simple.

A portion of the centrifuged serum is dissolved in the blood| The
centrifugation time is too short| Due to different blood concentrations in the
human body, the centrifugation time also varies. Normally it takes 15 minutes.
In exceptional cases, please use the actual results as a basis for timing.

Safety operation information
The following basic safety precautions must be observed in all processes of
handling, maintaining and repairing this instrument. Failure to follow the
operation instructions or warnings may affect the protection provided by the
instrument and its intended use.
The operator should not attempt to dismantle or repair the instrument, which
may result in a potential safety hazard and void your warranty. If repairs are
needed, please contact the manufacturer.
Before the product is powered on, make sure that the voltage of the power supply matches the voltage required by the instrument, and the rated load of the power outlet is not less than what is required by the instrument. If the power cord is broken, it must be replaced and the power cord of the same type and specification should be used for the replacement.
Instrument maintenance
The instrument should be kept in a place with low humidity and little dust that is away from water source, direct sunlight, strong magnetic interference and heat sources like heating.
After- sales service
The manufacturer is responsible for replacement as for the faults caused by defects in materials and manufacturing within one month from the date of delivery.
The manufacturer shall provide warranty service for the non-artificial quality problems caused by defects in materials and manufacturing within 24 months from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, the company will be responsible for the. repair or replacement of the product. The customer shall bear the send-out freight and the company bear the send-back freight. Proper maintenance costs shall be charged for the repairs outside the warranty period.
