Part 2 – Sound Machine Mode

To download Hotmoon App, please scan the QR code or search for “Hotmoon’ in Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

NOTE:

• Due to the requirements of the Android system, it is necessary for the OS below 12 to obtain the geographic location permission when connecting via Bluetooth. It won’t be used to record personal private information.
• The Hotmoon App is continually being improved and may change over time. If there is any difference, follow the in-app instructions.

Create/login your own hotmoon account
Open the Hotmoon App, lf you already have an account, tap “Log ln”. lf not, tap “Sign Up”

Connect your Mona Pro

Step 1: Connect the device to a power adapter with an output voltage of 5V1A with the USB-C cable. Kindly note the power adapter is not included in the package.

Step 2: Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. lf it’s the first  time to use, the white light will flash. lf not, you need to press and hold these two buttons until white light flashes.

Step 3 :You can follow the steps in the Hotmoon app to connect your Mona Pro.  Bluetooth needs to be turned on.
Note: In the sound machine mode, the content of the “Cloud” section can only be  played on your phone.

Part 3 – Bluetooth Speaker Mode

1. Step 1 : Press and hold the mode switch button ” ” on the device, and you will hear the “Bluetooth speaker mode” prompt. Then Mona pro works as a Bluetooth speaker.
2. Step 2 : Go to the Bluetooth page in the “settings” of your phone, Connect the  “Mona Pro Speaker”.

Note:

1.  In Bluetooth speaker mode, the content of the “Cloud” section can be played on the device.
2. If you want to switch from Bluetooth speaker mode to sound machine mode, you need to press and hold the mode switch button and tap until the “Sound Machine Mode” appears under the device name in the app.

1. What do sound machine mode and Bluetooth speaker mode mean?
   Sound machine mode: You can control and customize Mona Pro, but all content of the “Cloud” section can be played only by your phone.
   Bluetooth speaker mode: Mona Pro works as a Bluetooth speaker, and all content of the “Cloud” section can be played by Mona Pro.

2. Why do I need to offer geographic location permission?
   Due to the requirements of the Android system, the OS below 12 must obtain geographic location permission when connecting via Bluetooth.

3. How to turn off any schedule I set?
   Press any button on Mona Pro to stop the schedule. If you want to terminate the schedule, go to “my schedule” in the app to edit.

4. How to re-pair?
   Press and hold the and buttons at the same time, the device is ready to pair if flashes with warm white light. Open the Hotmoon app, tap “Add Device”, and follow the guidance to pair again.

5. I cannot unlock the VIP content of the Hotmoon app.
   Only the account that is being paired with Mona Pro can unlock the VIP content. If account A gives Mona Pro to account B after pairing, then account B can unlock the VIP content after pairing, while account A could just enjoy other features except unlocking the VIP content.

6. How to turn off the sound or light separately?
   Turn off the sound: long press the button to turn off the sound.
   Turn off the light: long press the button to turn off the light.
