Instructions for inspection line:

‘When the mug pad does not rise in temperature, and the temperature displayed on the control  box remains unchanged and is lower than the set temperature, we can determine whether it isthe heating coaster or the control box problem through the test line.

Test process:

1. Unplug the aviation plug of the coaster and connect the detection line.
2. Turn on the switch of the control box. and the temperature displays 215f (102¢).
3.  Adjust the temperature to 210f (80C), and the test lamp does not light at this time.
4. Adjust the temperature to 230f (110C). If the test light is on. it proves that the control box is good, and the coaster is broken. The coaster needs to be replaced:
   If the test doesn’t light up. it proves that the coaster is good and the control box is broken, so the control box needs to be replaced.

Basic Preparation before Using

1. Before you use this machine, please check whether the power supply is in conformity with the rated voltage of the machine. There should be a reliable protective ground wire for the top core.
2. When you replace the burned heat press parts, essential first closes down and cramps out the total attaching plug. When the replacement of the top of heat press still occupied under the high temperature condition, please do wear the heat insulation glove.
3. In the using process avoid the heat parts long time heating itself, if not switch off the power, please put a special heat press article(waste product then, may repeatedly use)in the machine to avoid it burning damage i the air. Attention do not let the acute part of the heat press objects to create the damage to each heater block.
4. In the using process, avoid the human hody touching the heat parts, prevents to burn.
5. When locks the nose, the nose locking handle cannot tighten excessively, just feel has the obvious resistance can be well.
6. Do not let the minor touch the machine under nobody, even if the machine is not using!!!

Heat Transfer Process

1. The original temperature: Press the MODE KEY once, the set indication light will be on, Press the key“+”” or key “—” to set original temperature at 200F degree..
2. The Max temperature: Press the MODE KEY the second time, the temperature indication light will be on, press the key“+” or key “—”to set the max temperature 350F degree ¢.
3. The heat press time: Press the MODE KEY the third time, the time indication light will be on, press the key”+” or key “—”to set the heat press time 50S ‘ .
4. Execution mode: Press MODE set key the fourth time, the machine will go into ready state..

Att: the temperature setting range 200~400L degree.
The heat press time setting range: 0~999 seconds.

Advices Of The Failed Transfer

A. the color is light:

1. confirm if the paper is sublimation paper and don’t print backside.
2.  Increase the temperature\press\time.

B.the design is indistinet or luster:

1. Decrease temperature\time,
2.  check if the printing photo is clear.

C.part of design is indistinct:

1. mug top or bottom tranfer is not good,these places are not straight.
   You need to leave some gap.

2.  picture is good near the mug handle,press is not enough or picture beyond the transfer area.
   D. dept of color is not the same: the coating is not even or printing is bad.
   E. paper stick the object: The temperature is too high, or the coating of the object is not good.
   I. control box show E1/E2: mug pad is not heating,mug pad is bad,should change the mug pad.
   G.control box show temperature, but mug pad don’t have heating: control box is bad.
   H. Temperature can’t reach the setted original or max temperature: should change the control box.
