PRODUCT FEATURES
- This SIM Card is not yet activated. We will activate it for you.
- Activation may take up to 24 hours. To save time, we suggest you schedule your activation in advance.
- UNLIMITED Data (50GB of High-speed Data) in USA, Under Fair Usage Policy AT&T may reduce the data speed after 50GB of data usage in USA.
- 25GB of High-speed Data in Canada and Mexico combined. Under Fair Usage Policy AT&T may reduce the data speed after 25GB of data usage.
- UNLIMITED call among and within USA, Canada and Mexico
- UNLIMITED text, picture, and video messages in and from the USA, Canada, and Mexico to over 100 countries.
- The SIM card only works on unlocked GSM Mobile / Cellphones.
- No Hotspot, Tethering.
- It will not work on Modem / WiFi devices.
- This is a new activation-only service, you cannot transfer mobile numbers from a different carrier.
BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
If in case you are having connection issues, Reboot the phone, turn it off, remove the SIM, reinsert the SIM, and turn the phone back on. Go to Settings, check and update the Access Point Name / APN:
ATT APN/Data Settings
APN: data Press the Home button to save the APN then restart the Phone
HOW TO ACTIVATE THE SIM CARD
Reach out to us to activate your SIM card. No need to call AT&T customer service. Activation may take up to 24 hours. To save time, we suggest you schedule your activation in advance. Go to www.BigTravelStoreSupport.com and click ACTIVATION from the homepage. Fill out the form completely. Once we receive the completed form, we will send you an email to confirm. For Activation Requests via SMS/WhatsApp, please provide the following information:
- Amazon Order ID
- SIM Card Number
- Please confirm that you will be using an unlocked GSM phone:
- Specify the Make and Model of your Unlocked GSM phone with no contract.
- Your preferred activation date / Travel date.
- Destination
- 15 Digit IMEI Number – to get the IMEI number, dial *#06# on your phone, and the IMEI number will be displayed on the screen
INSERT THE SIM ONLY WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN THE USA, CANADA, OR MEXICO.
It is an automatic APN/Data settings configuration.
