Warning

5. Check the joint parts every three months to ensure that screws are not loose

Installation Steps

Step 1: Install the Cross Bar

1. Insert the Cross Bar into the Controller in the direction shown
2. Insert the M10*103mm bolts into the fixing holes, install the M10 flat washers and M10 self-locking nuts to the ends of the bolts, and tighten them using a wrench,
3. Repeat and install the other cross bar
4. Rollover the controller
5. Insert M10 spring washers and M10 flat washers onto the M10*35mm bolts, align them with the fixing holes, and tighten them using a wrench

Step 2: Install the Vertical Bar

1. The M10 Nylon Washer has been pre-installed on the controller. Check whether the MIO Nylon Washer is securely installed
2. Insert the Vertical Bar into the controller(As shown in the Image 1)
3. Insert the M1077mm bolts into the fixing holes, install the M10 flat washers M1035flat washer- sand M10 self-locking nuts to the ends of the bolts, and tighten them using a wrench.

Step 3: Connect the controller to the base

1. The M10 Nylon Washer is pre-installed on the base. Check whether the M10 Nylon Washer is securely installed
2. Insert the Part A into the positioning hole of the base, pass the M10103mm bolts through the fixing holes on the base and controller, put the M10 Flat Washer and M10 Self-locking Nut on the bolt tail in turn, and tighten the bolts with a wrench until the controller does not wobble from side to side in the base

Step 4: Install the Footrest and Pressure Bar

Open the Speed Handle of the Footrest and install them in sequence.

1. Pass through the left Cross Bar
2. Pass through the right Cross Bar
3. Pass through the left Cross Bar,
4. Pass through the right Cross Bar

Step 5 Attach the E-Bike Car Rack to the car

1. Insert the base connection section into the car hitches and align the base with the fixing holes of hitches
2. Insert the M12*100MM Bolt and tighten them with a wrench until the rack is completely secure
3. Put a lock on the tail of the bolt to lock the E-Bike Car Rack

Step 6:

Place the E-BIKE or bicycle on the E-Bike Car Rack, open the Speed Handle of the Pressure Bar, pass through the Vertical Bar as shown in the image, firmly press the Pressure Bar to the vehicle, and fasten the Speed Handle to lock the vehicle

Step 7:

Attach the Velcro strap securely to each tire
