Traditional cleaning methods use chemicals, water and abrasives which require excessive time and extreme caution while creating downstream waste. Dry ice cleaning can restore vehicles to factory condition in a fraction of the time .

WHAT IS DRY ICE CLEANING?
Cold Jet dry ice blasting is similar in principle to media blasting in that a high volume air stream is used to propel particles for cleaning and surface prep. However, unlike traditional abrasive blasting (sand, soda, glass, or other media), dry ice is non-abrasive and will not damage, profile, or etch solid surfaces.

The machine accepts 3mm pellets and, via the PCS, precisely cuts the dry ice into diamond shaped particles in the exact dimensions chosen by the operator.

AFTERCOOLER (optional)

Compressed air is a necessity to run your blasting operation. Oftentimes, this air supply is in a shop that is not climate controlled, supplying hot and moist air. This can alter the integrity of your dry ice and hamper the performance of your blasting system. The AfterCooler is necessary for those without an air dryer and enable the operator to control the moisture in their environment, allowing them to blast in virtually all temperature and humidity levels.
