- Venustas Heated Apparel & Battery: ONE(1) YEAR covering any defect or malfunction of the heated electronic components from the date of purchase.
- This warranty is non-transferable and proof of original purchase from us or an authorized dealer is required for warranty service.
- Damage to the heating system and parts resulting from accidental fire, flood, misuse, unauthorized service or negligence as outlined herein will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover commercial use.
- Wear & tear of the product, such as fabric, zippers and other accessories are not covered under this warranty. Under no circumstances will Venus as or the manufacturer be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including water damage) resulting from the product, whether or not the product is found to be covered by this warranty.

Recommended operating temperature of 14°F to 86 °F (-10°C to 30°C). Store the battery pack where the temperature is 77+ 2 °F (25 2°C).

How to Charge the Battery
Use DC adapter with one-to-two charging cable to charge the battery. The
battery will take 2 hours to be fully charged with 8.4V/1A adapter when it’s
used up.
Operation Instruction
- Insert the power cable into the port on the battery.
- To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3s until the red LED lights up. And the gloves will automatically be at high level (3 red LEDs light up).
- To turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until LED turns off.
- Unplug the battery if not to be used for a long time
The heating level can be adjusted by pressing the power button for 1s. Each pressing will cycle through the apparel’s temperature settings. At room temperature, the heat will rise to 140°F/60 C at high-heat levels, 122°F/50 C at medium, and 104°F/40 C at low.
Note : The temperature is regulated at the internal heating element. The temperature you feel May be slightly lower.

Our story began when my wife and | took a trip to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The conditions were cold, and we knew we had a challenge on our hands. The harsh climate was made worse by the many layers of clothing we had to wear just to keep warm. Fatigue set in and | could visibly see that my wife was no longer having a good time. While the reward of adventure is made all the sweeter through the trials and tribulations along the journey, all | could think of during that hike was how could | set free my wife’s beauty amidst her struggles with the environment.
I decided to work on a prototype jacket that’d allow my wife to be free from all cumbersome layers of clothing, so that she could enjoy the journey just as much as the destination. | recalled the Colorado climb and inspired by Botticelli’s the Birth of Venus, named it Venus as
We took a jacket and worked on many prototypes until we landed on what you see today. Our bestselling product, our Men’s Heated Jacket with integrated 7.4V battery pack, is an insulated, windproof coat with a detachable hood. It’s success had a snowball effect and has led us to go beyond heated jackets and into the Venus as innovation lab. Venus as is constantly developing new offerings that best fit your adventurous world.
