TROUBLE-SHOOTING
If you’ve followed the instruction carefully and your faucet still does not work properly, take these corrective steps.

Remove handle and cartridge to check if the washer is damaged permanently or
dirty.Re-installcartridge.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

Remove mounting nut(D), metal washer (C),and rubber washer(B)from the threaded pipe(A).

Screw the supply lines(G)into the corresponding hole of the faucet body(E). Fit the O-ring(F)into the bottom groove of the faucet body(E).
Insert supply lines (G)and threaded pipe(A) into the hole of the countertop.
Install with Deck Plate(l). Place deck plate(l) over the three holes of sink.

Insert supply lines (G)and threaded pipe(A) into the middle hole of the deck plate(l) on countertop.

Install rubber washer(B), metal washer(C), and mounting nut (D)back to the threaded pipe(A).Adjust the faucet body(E) correctly and secure with mounting screws(H)tightly.

Connect supply lines(G)to angle stops. Turn on the angle stops and check for leaks (DO NOT TURN FAUCET ON.)
Turn the faucet on for 1 minute to flush any debris.

Unscrew Locknut. Make sure the rubber washer is in the right position under Flange. Insert Pop-up Assembly into sink drain hole. From underneath, tighten with Lockset.
After the installation is complete, press down to check whether it can be used normally.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Do not use any detergent, acid, polisher, abrasives, or harsh cleaners.
- Do not use cloth with a coarse surface.
Before the Installation
- Check the package and confirm all parts are included. If any part is missing or damaged, please contact us.
- Do not disassemble the main body, as it has been installed & commissioned correctly & precisely before.
- Shut off the main water supply prior to beginning installation.
- Do flush the water supply lines to remove any dirt and debris before installation (IMPORTANT)
- Make sure to connect the hot/cold inlet pipe correctly. If standing in front, connect hot water pipe to the left and cold water pipe to the right.
- After the installation, check for leaks and make sure every joint is safely sealed.
NOTIFICATION
Long-term use of the water outlet will form scale, wipe it with a soft towel
