One (1) Year Limited Warranty 2” Cordless Faux Wood Blinds
US Window and Floor Co. warrants that our 2” Cordless Faux Wood Blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year, provided that the product was installed properly in the original window it was intended for and per the installation instructions.
What IS covered:
- Operating mechanisms (including Inner cords and ladders) and components are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- All internal mechanisms, components, and brackets.
What IS NOT covered:
- Shipping Damage. A damage claim must be sent to the store that the product was purchased from.
- Normal wear and tear as a result of time and repetitive daily use, including fraying of inner cords and ladders, over-tightening of wand tilter, and misuse of cordless modules.
- Any loss or damage resulting from accidents, improper use of cleaning chemicals, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to follow our instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance, exposure to any natural excessive heat sources, removal of the product and reinstallation in the same or another window.
- Some slight warpages, as well as natural variations in color and grain effect, are normal with PVC products and are not considered defects. Materials can lose their original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastic and PVC tend to crack and discolor including exposure to the elements including, but not limited to salty air and humidity. Excessive warping of faux wood slats in high-humidity areas is not covered under this warranty.
- All products that are discontinued in the normal course of business are specifically excluded.
- Damage from children, pets, or insects.
- Any transportation costs to and from the retailer, cost of removal, re-measure, reinstallation of product or any incidental or consequential damages.
- If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, send replacement parts or replace the product that fails to conform to this Limited Warranty. The warranty for the replacement product will be good for the rest of the original warranty period upon the original purchase date. Colors vary from dye lot to dye lot and may not exactly match the original purchase.

In no event shall US Window and Floor Inc. be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. US Window and Floor. reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims. US Window and Floor Inc. will replace or issue credit as its option.
