Installation
Follow these steps to install the fan:

  1. Lift the fan onto the fixing support and fit the ball into the bracket.
  2. Rotate the ball until its side groove lines up with the protrusion on the bracket.
  3. The fan should drop slightly as it assumes the correct position, preventing the rod and fan from rotating when the unit is running.

GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION

  • Before starting the fan installation, read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

  • Switch off the electricity before installing the fan. Make sure you have turned off all circuit breakers that power the electrical box where you are going to install the fan as well as the associated wall switch.

Ensure that:

MAINTENANCE

  • Due to the natural movement of the fan, some connections may come loose. Check the bracket screws, hooks, and fan blade attachment at least twice a year. Make sure they are tight.

  1. The fixing support must be screwed on to a flat, firm surface. The mounting location must be able to support ten times the static weight of the fan. The fixing support must be screwed in with the two wood screws provided. The materials provided must go into the following sequence:
    a) screw
    b) rings
    d) fixing support
    Screwthefixingsupport to the ceiling and make sure all connections are secure to prevent the fan from falling. The fixing support must be bolted abeam and not just the plasterboard. Slightly loosen the two mounting bracket screws.

  2. Disassemble the stem: remove the screw from the ball and then release it. Remove the pins and U pin from the stem. If a longer stem (25 cm stem) is used, use the same ball and ground wire. Route the electrical supply cables from the top of the motor through the stem until they come out at the top. Insert the stem into the protrusion on the top of the motor housing. Gently rotate to align the holes with those in the stem. Fit the lower pinth through the boss and the stem, making sure not to pinch chor damage any cables. Secureitinplace with the U-shaped pin. Tighten all screws, preventing the stem and fan from moving relative to each other. When the above steps are all completed, insert the finial into the stem place the ball, and secure it with the top pin. Then tighten the screw securely.

  3. Lift the fan onto the fixing support and fit the ball into the bracket. Rotate the ball until its side groove lines up with the protrusion on the bracket. When aligned, the fan should drop slightly as it assumes the correct position, preventing the rod and fan from rotating when the unit is running.

APP button function description
